1: Balanced the cash-flow
2: Broken the crippling rent contract
3: Prioritized the academy
They still need to
1: Build a stadium
2: Stabilize the team with a spine of experienced players
3: Turn around the losing mentality that's been with this club for 2 centuries
4: Get the supporters back
On your points they are still in a much worse place than they should be.
Balanced the cash flow we don't know that yet... lost 60m went into admin .... not balanced.... the next accounts are due the end of this month I believe that will tell us.
With regards to the rent. Did they save anything pursuing the course they did when you factor in the Payment 500K + About 500K Costs + loss of revenue (20+ games at a conservative 10,000 lost supporters paying say 10 Quid assuming 12k over 2k attendance) 2 million with the move to Northampton. Negotiation would have saved them more even at 400K per season which was supposed;y agreed, and at Mr Waggots 60p on the pound that about 1.2m lost to the pay for the team if they were applying that rule at the time.
Prioritised that academy Probably agree there as it has bee a constant drum they beat.
The rest I agree with
