It's like your mum and dad own one company (Ltd) and you own holdings. You say you'll give 'em £50m for it, but (ssshhhh!) you don't really have to do pay 'em (you've only got to show you've got £50m in the Seppala piggy bank). Then you pay ACL a few of their £s, and settle the milk bill and you're up and running again. It's all about keeping it in the (SISU) family.
