On the bench
To be fair, on the bench would be pretty good at this stage of his development. Is there anyone in the first team you'd play him ahead of?Have you seen much of him? You seem to be right on the case of any youngster coming through the academy, the negativity (although unsurprising) is a bit odd

Not at all, but the OP was asking what position he should play in should he make an 11 at some point. Saying 'on the bench' isn't exactly useful and just pretty petty. We all know he isn't going to be first choice this coming season. To be fair, on the bench would be pretty good at this stage of his development. Dad is decent mates with his dad and apparently the LWB role suits his skill set best
With his versatility you’d expect him to make the 9 man bench most weeks at present
Oh right thought it was 5 from 9Its a 7 man bench. You’re just allowed to use five from it.

For what its worth.....
I think he's a wing back either side. He's left handed but prefers to strike a ball with his right but naturally two footed. He plays golf right handed..
Personally I think right now RWB but think as he develops he will move to the left as he can cut inside to shoot.
He can play anywhere across the middle, but Cov spent two years in the 23s turning him into a RWB.
Last year at Ross County they play with full backs which didn't help and he played mainly LB but up as far as a 10.
His last two u21 games for Scotland were as a LWB and his first 2 were as a RB.I really don't see the confusion

I think we'll see a little of Dinanga this year too. But whatever happened to Bapaga? He looked lively and dangerous 2 years back, but doesn't seem to get a look in any more. Shame. He obviously wasn't ready for the step up to the championship, but I'd love him to get a run in the odd cup game this year to see whether he can stake a claim later on in the season.

Random twitter rumour he's off to Forest Green on loan, league 1.
Seems unlikely with Robins mentioning him in the Kane interviewWonder if we’ll get a RWB in if Kane is off and Burroughs out on loan.
Considering they sold Kane Wilson, they might need someone in that position, like for like, Kane for KaneRandom twitter rumour he's off to Forest Green on loan, league 1.
Ben Wilson on the side then?Considering they sold Kane Wilson, they might need someone in that position, like for like, Kane for Kane
What about the Cricket Test, though? No, not the Tory one from the 80's (or "now" in Scotland), but rather: is he one of those weirdos who bats with one hand but bowls with the other??!For what its worth.....
