There was a 14million loan that Acl pay off to the counsel.

David McGolricks was probably the only loan at the Ricoh that I would say was outstanding.

the only loan was owed by ACL to Yorkshire bank however the council paid it off when ACL got into financial difficulty so ACL now owe the money to the council but over a longer period and at a low rate of intrest
