This isn't a piss take but a genuine question, what now? Surely for you to have a concerted effort in achieving your goals, there must be a plan B? Otherwise what was the point to all of this?
Perhaps plan B is to prepare some newsletters that talk about shouty types and get lots of likes on this forum.

Nobody will achieve anything on their own with an "anti-council" or "anti-sisu" agenda. The only way something will work is on a bigger scale and everyone working together.

Overall, if the council win then they still have to deal with the problem of ACL, a company with very little future left. Sisu will carry on with their plans to try and build a new stadium. Depending on what comes out of the JR heads may roll and there still may be negotiations to be had.
If Sisu win then definitely expect heads to roll although the council could quite easily restructure the mortgage in a way that complies with regulations. The problem of ACL still remains.
:thinking about:
If the judgement goes the way of CCC....as most expect it to........not a lot will change. SISU will keep up with trying to get the Ricoh. They have admitted that they want the Ricoh and not to build a stadium. There is no advantage of putting our club into lots more debt to have a ground. ACL have little future left? Why is that? They seem to be making a profit. Or do you think it will be handed over to SISU eventually? Are you saying that you know that SISU will never negotiate a rental agreement? So if they can't get the freehold our club will never be back in Coventry? You seem to know more than you are letting on to.
If the judgement goes the way of SISU it will be on a technicality. Why will heads roll? They will have followed legal advice. All councilors have voted the same way. Would you expect all councilors to be got rid of?
You seem an expert on legal matters are you a barrister?

Get a room you two
It's a good call Astute. I don't see a win for SISU achieving anything but creating a requirement for re-financing ACL's mortgage. Where that damages SISU is also unclear as I'm not sure how a landlord's debt funding affects its tenant - especially one that refused to pay its rent.
A win for SISU will open the floodgates for the Council to be battered with every avenue of litigation possible (remember SISU's promise to litigate). I'm not sure it will create an environment that will help to get the club back to the Ricoh.
SISU don't have a hold on ACL and the Ricoh. They are not tenants anymore. They were not forced out. They decided to move out. Their reason was that they don't trust CCC. Now if that was a reason for litigation the courts would be fully booked for years. Would it also mean that CCC would have a good reason to sue SISU? They certainly have enough reasons to not trust them.
