What's for Lunch? (1 Viewer)

Just talking today in the office about how dull sandwiches can be! Just seems to be the same lunch each day! Normally a convenience food for me whilst I travel to different locations so eat on the road so soup is out of the question!

Anyone have this issue and try to vary it?

I gave up sandwiches and rolls for lunch 3 years ago which has really helped with my weight i make a salad in a plastic box for lunch every morning - i only use Rocket , Spinach or cress for the greens plus meat or fish - piccolo tomatoes onions and topped rapeseed oil - i am a lot more healthy - takes just 5 mins to rustle it up as long as my good wife buys the contents - my favourite is Chicken piri piri from waitrose - i just slice it up - one packet last two days

Baguette today.

Quorn ham, black olives, walnuts, red onion, yellow pepper and a bit of mayonnaise.

Swishing it all down with a mango, papaya, banana and blueberry smoothie.

Lovely.

Weight loss Chilli every day bar Fridays when we go to the pub and I have a steak salad.

Had to stop going out every day as my waist was expanding as fast as my bank balance was reducing.

Try sushi options that are sold in most supermarkets. The Waitrose options especially are good.

Sainsbury’s has a special counter with proper Japanese people and everything.

No idea if it’s any good. Can’t eat rice on my diet.

Tuna-salad croissant. I added cheese and barbecue sauce.
