The first minute is Simon Gilbert saying he has spoken to CRFC and been told architects plans have been drawn up and they are keen for CCFC to groundshare with them. How does that make it a non starter?
He also says that Jon Sharp thinks 25K is too big, that capacity limitation is why I vehemently oppose the idea and so should anyone else who would like City to stand a chance of getting back to the Premier League.

You're right it would be a disaster. ACL were/are loss making, wasps were/are loss making, and the football club is loss making, you're massively increasing the risks and wasps owners don't have the money. Then there's the conflicting aims - wasps want to be the biggest club in Europe and that means maximising revenues going into the rugby club, they won't want to divert funds or focus away from them.Worked really well for them at QPR.
I just honestly can't see how it could ever be 25,000.
Even if it could fit in, I would expect the opposition from residents to be so vociferous that a compromise would be made anyway and it would be a much reduced capacity, if allowed at all.
There can be a fair bit of snobbery with some Earlsdonites and see rugby as respectable and decent and football being followed by riff raff.
Fully agree with this ! also , why would CRC ground share with Sisu ? would anyone on here do business with them ??He also says that Jon Sharp thinks 25K is too big, that capacity limitation is why I vehemently oppose the idea and so should anyone else who would like City to stand a chance of getting back to the Premier League.

Unfortunately LAST thats not gonna happen, the wasps academy moving their and more importantly the swiming pool which will see the cat 2 statutory requirement of an indoor pitch removed is pretty much a done deal. Is all part of the councils sports strategy to have a pool in each area of the city and for the city to become a rugby city.I believe our biggest threat is losing the academy.
We need to secure a long term tenure.
Both sides need to start talking about this (If they already haven't ).
Or our club will struggle to survive in this shit league.
We need answers on this ASAP.......
That's funny and yet , not unrealistic .In court with Coventry Rugby club being battered !
Speaking to other people we have some ideas these will however come to light in due course.Unfortunately LAST thats not gonna happen, the wasps academy moving their and more importantly the swiming pool which will see the cat 2 statutory requirement of an indoor pitch removed is pretty much a done deal. Its now nothing to do with the short term deal any more the sports foundation are just using it as a handy excuse.
I'm with you in this, this will have far more impact on our figure than a move to the butts.

That's exactly what I was showing everyone but some don't read/listen properlyHe also says that Jon Sharp thinks 25K is too big, that capacity limitation is why I vehemently oppose the idea and so should anyone else who would like City to stand a chance of getting back to the Premier League.

I've liked a few of your posts lately, sadly this isn't one of them. If you're happy with a 15k capacity stadium, then whoopdee doo. I, and lot of others aren't. John Sharpe insists 25k(This should be the minimum) is too big, and being the major owner of the BPA. I don't think Joy Sepalla will persuade him to build otherwiseNo, some just don't see that as the over riding priority.
Interesting .Over the next 4 years SISU will further cut costs, attendances will drop to 7,000, and we will be lucky to survive in L1. TF and CA will be long gone in 4 years time but Joy will still be running things in the background.
In year 5 or 6, Wasps will find themselves in financial meltdown and the cost cutting will see Wasps being relegated. The council then faces the prospect of the Ricoh becoming a white elephant.
CCFC move back into the Ricoh for an absolute bargain and SISU will then sell to new owners.
Finally we will get promoted in year 7.
Wingy old pal no matter what has gone on the academy is absolutely vital to our futureThere could be many variables around the whole approach to the Academy, something I've banged on about all season and some of last.
The financial pressure building from our continuation at this level naturally bring financial pressures, the fractious nature of our relationships, coupled with Northampton and the arrival of Wasps are all considerations too.
For me the overriding factor is TM's reluctance to go the path of Pressley, prefering to bring in Young Prem talent over ours.
We all assume it's folly to not continue as we have, however signing players like Jodi and hopefully others rejected at Prem level coming from higher level academies such as Ruben may be preferable to what we are capable of attracting into ours and still generate transfer incomes.
I gather but haven't read the CA interview where he lamented the difficulties around this and played the victim card, yet in his CWR interview possibly the last phone in he seemed very Laise faire about this, I even remarked at that point I thought it was odd. It's easy to blame everyone one else on this but a closer look may be telling, as I sensed a change coming.
Ironic, considering you were going on about blocking people on here you disagree withI said this to Jon Gaunt on twitter [ The other is that we go bankrupt and start again ] his response , BLOCKED !
Harsh !Anyone in touch with that idiot using any form of communication should be blocked
The area around the ground looks a dump to me. Will fit in well with football.
The man is a total dickheadHarsh !
Blimey , what's he done on you ?The man is a total dickhead
I have said that CCFC at the BPA is a non starter, and been shouted down for my efforts..... This is why it's a non starter, the first minute says it all.

Simon Gilbert said:Some quite big news this morning. I had a chat with JS who is the chairman of CRFC and he revealed that architects plans have been drawn up for CCFC to possibly move to the Butts Park Arena. They're talking about a 15K seater stadium, potentially it could be 25K but he said that would be too big and they had been considering about the 15K seater mark and the idea would be there would be other things on the site such as possibly a retail offering, student accommodation, a gym, a community room, all that sort of thing. The big news is they are looking for CCFC to move there and groundshare
I really fail to see the bit about 15k stadium, and 25k being too big that you don't understand??? in 99% of fans eyes, 15k is a "Non starter" because CCFC will never as long as we've all got "Holes in our arses" live and prosper off 15k MAXIMUM gates.... Without trying to be personal here, for a man that comes across as intelligent, you've not got the common sense you were born with mate! This is the first minute:
99%? How would you know that? That's not one of "Grenduffy's estimations" is it?I really fail to see the bit about 15k stadium, and 25k being too big that you don't understand??? in 99% of fans eyes, 15k is a "Non starter" because CCFC will never as long as we've all got "Holes in our arses" live and prosper off 15k MAXIMUM gates
How many on this forum would be happy with a 15k Maximum gate simple as that. Anyone that is happy with it has not the slightest intentions of moving this Football Club any further than Championship aspirations. I'd like to see CCFC back in the top flight before I "Pop my Clogs".99%? How would you know that? That's not one of "Grenduffy's estimations" is it?

Why don't you start one and see?Oh, so when you're saying "99% of fans" you mean 99% of the few who post on here? Gotcha.
There was a poll, was there? 99% to 1%?
