Also.... ordered my Dad a ticket for the Sunderland and Watford games, Ordered both in one transaction and the same seat.... the Sunderland one has arrived but not the Watford one..... surely you'd send them together.
Totally agree. Still haven’t had my season ticket e-ticket. Absolutely crap.
At least everything is going well on the pitch.

No e-ticket to replace my season ticket, but as above have now received an email telling me I can buy a ticket. That's nice (y)


They just send the email to everyone on the mailing list.

I assume that they are closing the Mill for general use then as they are using for corporate tickets at £55 each

Well surely they should be advertising the remaining seats aswell to try and sell them..

Looks like they waited until they started issuing the e-tickets before they sent the email pushing more sales but can't wait any longer to advertise the remaining seats as the game starts in under 45 hours...

I figured that if I wear salmon pink and combine with a tweed jacket it can go in there. Beige ones tend to work better with a light jumper tied around the neck-less room to carry things

Yep it’s going to be for Mill members only. No word on anything being available for the rest of us.

There’s only one F&B stall at the far end of the stand and the next blocks round are the sold out family zone so they will be stupidly busy

The emails always say print and there’s always people using their phones with no issues. God knows why they can’t update the email template, that would seem to be a 2 minute job

they have said they are still in the process of sending them out

The club have said beforehand and in an update today that you can scan the code from a phone, but when the email containing the tickets specifically says you HAVE to print them it's only going to confuse people who aren't overly savvy with this kind of thing and aren't wont to check all channels regularly for information.

I hope this is all still a hangover from the 'this'll do' of the previous regime and things like this will be ironed out swiftly, but going into the third game of the season with nobody having the season ticket card or able to wear the one kit we've actually seen all feels a bit small time.
