This 'super fans' nonsense is massively ironic. I don't particularly think anyone should be turning up at Sixfields, but the people that do go just watch the match and get on with it. Where as the back slapping and self congratulatory talk you hear on here from the 'hillers' is the very definition of the so called 'superfan'. "Look at me with my morals" "I'm so much better than the people who boycott and are doing nothing, and I'm also better than the scabs who go into the ground" "please validate me" etc. This is only directed at whoever still says 'superfan'. The rest of you in the hill, as I've said before, fair play.

Hill Brothers...

It does make you wonder, all of this outrage against the SCG, maybe people don't know the full story?

Bravo, what a thread. Fair play for dongo for holding his hands up. Now for GPE.

Yes Dongo held his hand up - I won't be holding my breath that GPE will do the same.

What I'm not quite understanding is how we get from Dongo and possibly GPE blowing whistles to it being the fault of the trust and them needing to take action on it.

I held my hands up to incorrectly having a pop at Mr Strange. For incorrectly accusing those on the hill of blowing whistles. Which i thought was pretty insulting as he suggested they were putting cov players off. When it was the athletics track next door.
However it transpires some on here have admitted blowing them. So I have apologised for that.
I personally have never blown whistles on a hill (sounds strange when worded like that) and i don't agree with it.

Well it was discussed on here with a straight face that Michael and his mob would be using airhorns, shooting fireworks onto the pitch - all sorts of mental shit.

Apologies for falsely accusing you of the terrible crime of whistling! My point stands though, how do you get from individuals on the hill using whistles to the implication in the minutes that the trust are somehow responsible and need to be issuing statements about it?

I guess they see it as members of the board of the trust are stood with them on the hill and the people doing it are largely involved with the trust (you just have to read on here)

I am not saying I agree, but that is the way it may come across.

I agree with that it is nothing to do with the trust. So why single them out from all the supporters groups at that meeting.

He had three points to attack the trust with

One was his own
The second should have been done by Sandra Garlic which was nothing to do with him
The third Is not relevant to the trust.

He put them all together to try and justify kicking them off the SCG

I've heard the whistle really clearly when I've been at Sixfields and it is annoying, but to be fair it hasn't seemed to have affected the players yet. Which would be my only issue really.

I just find it strange that a whistle on the hill can create more noise inside the stadium than our fans !!!!

Yeah, you can see why referees don't bother with whistles at games anymore. They just can't be heard above the noise.

One would assume the perpetrators are key trust members.

I remember a game at HR where the ref had a message put out over the PA asking for people in the crowd to stop whistling, clearly they had been planted there by the trust ;)

That is clearly SISUs fault.

do people realise we are arguing about a fucking whistle on a fucking hill?!?!?!

If players at this level are affected by a whistle on a hill outside the ground there maybe other issues dont we think?

Jesus ..............

That is of course "assuming" (which is an absurd word to use in any case) that it was coming from the hill ..........

There is no assumption unless you are saying the chuckle brothers are not telling the truth.

tbf I thought one had had enough, so it can't be him anymore?

(unless I'm thinking of someone else entirely, which in this crazy mentalist world, I might be!)

If you read the thread with cockney rhyming slang filter on, it becomes a deep discussion about some well-dressed fans.
