Who actually owns our football club ? (1 Viewer)

We have this petition now calling on our football club to be put up for sale by our owners who we all assume to be sisu, but are they ? I seem to remember Tory MP David Green I think it was asking the same question in the House during a debate on football club ownership and don't think there was ever an answer. If our club is part of a number of owners with a bit of the pie, that Brody could be one, being managed by sisu I see that as a big stumbling block in getting our club up for sale. Is there any experts or knowledge out there who might know ?

Brody definitely owned a small percentage of SBS&L and I haven't seen any evidence that he's sold his stake. The rest is anyone's guess. However it's worth noting is that up until a couple of years ago all official statements used the word 'owners'. Since it's just been 'owner'. That could refer to Joy, Coleman, Antoine, Wynacre or even someone else over in French Lebanon. It's a tangled web for a reason.

So that says Sconset are owners but controlled 100% by SISU. So SISU then, just under the name of Sconset?

Brody's % only works out to be 4% of the total. So there's 13,698 shares...I wonder how much Brody would charge per share?

The other details are purely incidental!

Couldn't answer that one. Maybe the FL & FL have more details. Maybe the rules are so relaxed that the investment vehicle that is the hedge fund is enough to meet them. Or maybe just maybe the FL & FA bend rules when it suits them. Or maybe a combination of all of the above.

the other £57,400,000 is a loss to all the other investors under the Sconset banner,
do those investors know how their monies have been handled ?

surely therefore, in a few weeks time (EDM), our MP's should raise many a question to the FA, the FL, & the owners of our football club

Reading all that is like trying to untangle spaghetti just looks to me Sepalla can't put us up for sale just like that. So you have to ask when statements like we want our investment back with figures like 60 million quid quoted it ain't going to happen. Beginning to look to me there is only one way to rid us of this ball and chain that is sisu, that's let ccfc slowly pass away and look to Cov United for a football league club . Is that where we are heading ?

Wouldn't they have to go into administration first before liquidation? Giving someone a chance to rescue and recover before the option of liquidate becomes the only possibility left? I'm just guessing because I don't know.

I hate the word liquidation sounds so final, but how do you get rid of Otium Entertainment apparent owners of ccfc, who are owned by Sconset who are part of sisu and somewhere in the background is Arco or something like that. And another question like all of us I don't want to see ccfc disappear but does it currently officially exist. Seems if you read what's on here ccfc went with administration if it did what is our official name.

I am not sure SISU actually own the club but represent those that do invest in the fund.

I understood that SISU have to declare beneficial ownership within the rules of the Football League. Although we may not know who owns the club, the Football League do.

Him, his wife Tessa, Joy and Bill Florence III have pretty much been involved with every company each of the other 3 have. Mostly it involves Tessa and Bill starting a company and then retiring from the board of directors the day Dermot and Joy take over.

This is spot on. It's a very simple 1 page form that asks if you've been convicted of things like racketeering, fraud, murder and rape. If you tick no you've passed. I have no idea how Oyston and Cellino are in the position they're in.

We sent him a letter of interest regarding his shares 2 or 3 years ago. Said it would be a genuine cash offer and to effectively name his price. Still haven't received a reply now.

What is there investment actually? They got all the shares for nowt they bought the club with nowt all they have done is move the original debt under their company. So when they quote a selling price it includes the debt they inherited so after all these years who exactly do we owe this debt to .....
