Many hours of reading comments in newspapers and sites that go round and round brings surely the following conclusions and who can guess the outcome. If you knock off possibilities that you feel are not even a starter you are left with the only other possibilities? I have 7 possibilities is there some possibilities i have missed, for a final outcome

Will the club be offered and then accept a long lease with all match day revenues
Will the club be offered and then agree to purchase the Ricoh at a knock down price
Will the club build a new ground
Will the FL get tough and give the club a new deadline some time soon
Will the club be sold to a third party
Will the golden share be transferred to a new owner such as what happened at Crystal Palace i read some years ago
Will the club be liquidated
