My entire family and my Wife's family are all Coventry born or near enough. With the exception of my maternal granddad who was Danish and followed FC Copenhagen but also had a soft spot for City. I could have changed allegiance quite easily as we moved to Bromsgrove when I was 5 and the whole town almost exclusively supports the Villa. Dad has never been fussed about football really being a mad motorsports fan so he never took me to a match. Not sure why I stuck with Cov really but whenever anyone asked me what my team was I always said Cov and when I was old enough started going to games on my own.
