Going by the CET summaries, the judge comes across as sympathetic to the council side- not unreasonably as the council are at least protecting local interests whereas SISU are just looking for a fast buck. I'm still surprised as I didn't expect him to be.

I've been looking at it from all angles trying to work out what SISU's plan C will be if they loose- which makes me a little apprehensive.
