I still think some players who have been shite may start to flourish under a new and proper manager. One player who has rejuvenated is Barton for example.

We need players who can and will roll their sleeves up and dig in .. players the fans can respect ..hopefully.. barton and crew can all depart for me.. no will to win no desire except Reda and hes injured most of the time shame but if we are to get out of this league with Tm he will probably have to wheel and deal and pull in some favours and give the fans a team to hopefully be proud of and support

Just been tweeted the telegraph poll results. A few surprises in there for me;

Martin - 63% say keep
Reda - 54% say let go (presume that was before his return)
Connor Thomas - 56% say keep
jack finch - 57% keep

to name a few.

Man U and Arsenal fans have hijacked Liverpool's player of the season poll by voting for Balotelli. Looks like player's families have been voting in our poll ;)

I agree with Mowbray, who said he found a lot out about certain players today.

Barton - Sorry, but that was last chance saloon and we need players with more passion, heart, desire, strength and pace.

Fleck - Too often he disappears out of games. I hardly knew he was playing after about 25 mins today.

Nouble - Too frustrating. Top performances are far, far too infrequent from the bloke.

Martin - Sorry, but too slow, terrible distribution.

Webster - well, think we all know he is now gone anyway.

Proschwitz - He works damn hard, but he lacks a striker's finesse and his touch isn't very good either and he seemingly snatches at nearly every shot he attempts.

I'm sure he already knows just how poor a 'number 1' goalkeeper he has on his hands (pardon the pun). Of the above you've mentioned, i would only contemplate keeping Fleck if given the choice.

But the big concern with Fleck is that he disappears out of games. He started well today and then after about 25 mins it was like he wasn't even on the pitch. Lacks any degree of consistency.

Out of the current squad (excluding loan players as its completely out of our hands)

Phillips
Willis
Burge
Maddison
JOB.
Haynes
George Thomas

The rest can go for me.

Given the choice I would try to get samuel and ward back, but doubt they will come back.

Very true Otis. Another with the talent in his locker but very rarely produced. Has he even scored this season? I'm not sure he has! :(
