Linnell: "Cmon ACL, tell us how your legal actions helps the club!"

Excuse me Mr. CWR, why aren't you demanding answers from SISU? Like, where are we gonna to play Doncaster at on Friday!?? Or what's with the BS regarding CCFC Ltd and CCFC Holdings? And how stupid do SISU think the Football League are?!?

Perhaps because they would have a 4 hour gap in their schedule on a Saturday afternoon if they got on the wrong side of them maybe ?:whistle:

The club doesn't sell the radio commentary rights!

If they refused to allow them to cover games, would that not be a breach of contract? Surely Sisu wouldn't break a contractual agreement?

I think Linnell is miffed because he has been left out of the loop were ACL are concerned and relies mainly on gossip, rumour and little websites for his info. Had his day time to buy himself a pipe and some slippers

Because sisu saved us from the disaster that would have been administration whilst mid-table in the championship remember...

As a license fee payer, I want to hear the answers to Linnell question. Don't you or is hate blind too?

Must confess I was surprised at his tone.

Maybe they've got to be nice to SISU so they'll tell them which ground their commentary team has to go to on Friday.

On an unrelated topic, if we still have a club next season can we get Rob Guerney back please.

For me that isn't the issue Edgy.

I'd like as much information as possible, but I think that SISU have at least as much to explain (as an example, which company is the Football League share in?) but Uncle Stuart seems unconcerned by those issues.

How have the sided with SISU? The ACL statement says the legal action is designed to make the club healthier. SL believes this is contradictory and has asked ACL to explain. Simples!!

Uncle Stuart would sell his arse to whoever the owner is whatever they have done-- just a toady who wants to be 'in' with the club.

At the risk of repeating myself, SISU have at least as many questions to answer (I think many would say, more), but for some reason Stuart is maintaining silence on those.

That does not appear to be balanced and a number of posters on here are wondering why.

Linnell is a twat.

His interview with Fisher a few weeks ago was a disgrace...he fed him lines and asked him nothing probing or of note.

The man is a disgrace and needs to do one permanently to BBC Northampton or whichever no-mark station he is on in the week.

It is probably just incompetence, to be blunt. Do Linnell and Foster have the intellectual capacity to grasp the situation and form the questions that need to be asked? Gurney did. Eakin perhaps, but he's far too sheepish.

Texted in saying even Geoff has had to put him in his place for talking utter bollox...doubt if he'll read it though ;-)

You may be right.

It was the tone of his question that surprised (and to a degree, intrigued) me.

Linnell - like all of the others (Fisher and his cronies etc.) - do not out their hand in their pocket to follow CCFC, so of course they aren't going to criticise.

The gravy train is nice to be on, eh?!

Linnell has an obligation to do better. He is in a position to influence opinion, and has to be better informed.

ACL are a company with directors. They have a legal obligation to act in the best interests of that company. When their biggest debtor threatens to fold, they have to mitigate the exposure their business carries. Absolutely have to.

Linnell: tell me what you think they should have done?

Darryl Murphy (newsreader on Free Radio, 97.0 & 102.9 FM - no apparent conflict of interest) is much more on the balll.

He is tweeting loads of new information.

If I were acl I would WANT to go on there and set the record straight but presumably there is a risk attached in saying too much with an impending court case.

Tbf to SL, sisu are never likely to go on there now so acl is all he can ask for. Man is tool though.

Yes, I agree that I have been impressed with Darryl Murphy in recent days. He is on the ball, CWR seem to know very little....most local press up and down the country have some insight/inside info, but these lot seem a little clueless, except for some rather ill-informed rants from the likes of mugs like Linnell.

Isn't it a legitimate question to ask?

Let's see if Linnell asks this question I suggested for Fletcher, I suspect he will steer clear of controversy though.

Jack Griffin ‏@Jack_Griffin 54m
@Stuart_Linnell Plse ask Fletcher if he signed rent lease when director of ACL and ask if he thought it was unfair when Chief Exec of CCFC?
