A slight inaccuracy in the article. They had assumed both Lesta and us were going up automatically as well as contesting the cup final. It would be nice to give them this headache!
Emergency plan made for FA Cup final due to unexpected fixture scenario
The FA Cup final is being held at Wembley on Saturday May 25 followed by the Championship play-off final 24 hours later - but two clubs could be involved in bothwww.mirror.co.uk
It's built with the further development in mind, that stand would wrap around along that side
Until we go one up on 53 mins then you will beThing is here, there's no pressure. No expectation and it's a free shot.
If we are getting beaten quite easily though, as the match wears on, I still think the match day thread on here will be quite toxic, with little allowance made for the quality of opposition from some posters.
As long as the team gives it a go, I don't think we can have much to complain about.
I still say a 3-1 defeat and I would definitely take that. Decent performance, not humiliated, no major injuries, some pennies in the coffers.
I am really looking forward to the game and won't have an ounce of tension or nerves about me.
Just be looking for a decent effort and hopefully a closer game than many anticipate.
Is this on tele amywhere
is there a reply or extra time and pens ?
It's curious how people are approaching this one. The bookies have us shorter odds than we were to win at Leeds in Dec and I doubt anyone would have been thinking 'take a 1-3' in that game.Thing is here, there's no pressure. No expectation and it's a free shot.

It will be the least interesting of the 4 for TV, so a female frenzy on commentary and punditryYep. ITV 1, coverage starts 11:30. 45 minutes of what-not prior to kick-off?
Can honestly say I don’t even notice whether it’s a woman or man commentating, maybe playing FIFA has normalised it? Really don’t get the meltdowns. There’s good and bad commentators, all the local radio ones on iFollow are men and the vast majority are fucking awful and certainly worse than the average national broadcaster female presenter.
Is it 12:15 or 12:45??

Yeah, I don't understand it either. You can probably count on one hand the amount of good male pundits/commentators. I think Aluko is commentating, so the usual misogynists will be out. I don't recall if she is actually any good because I zone out. She might be awful but that just means that she fits in perfectly with the likes of Dion Dublin or Danny Murphy and their inane bullsh*t.
How can you not notice their OTT excitement when a player just crosses into the area for example? They're bloody awful
Sorry are we talking about female commentators or Clive Eakin?
I agree with thatNothing misogynistic about saying she's dire ffs - you've just said the same thing about Dublin & Murphy anyway
I agree with that
The difference being if it’s only women you think are dire
Or you say something about women shouldn’t be commenting - I had this conversation with one of our f a cup winning team - hilarious misogynist
Or some comment stereotyping the sorts of work women should do
Anything else is opinion
I think most pundit's are bloody awful tbh ie Ian Wright,Martin Keown,Clinton Morrison off the top of my head - their gender's fuck all to do with it
Absolutely. The odds for us beating Leicester at home were not much more smaller than the 4/1 being offered on Saturday, and they barely laid a glove on us even when they had 11 men on the pitch. It's curious how people are approaching this one. The bookies have us shorter odds than we were to win at Leeds in Dec and I doubt anyone would have been thinking 'take a 1-3' in that game.
I'm not necessarily confident (wasn't at Leeds!), but I reckon nit'll be closer than folk think.
Get it up on the wall at Ryton. And the changing rooms on Saturday.
This calls for an early doors two-footer.

Exactly the point. So why get so upset at the women? On average they’re just as poor as the men.
Didn’t we put 10 past them in a friendly years back?Saarbrücken of the third tier just made the semi finals of the German cup having already knocked out Bayern, Frankfurt and now Gladbach. Shocks do happen…
I'm not upset at all - just pointing out that it's not misogynistic to say how bad they are - you'd point out if a woman's bad at their job in the workplace, same as you would with a man
