But every other team will improve as well.When you compare England to the USA we just don’t have the quality all through the squad. We have some top class players but not in every position. That’s changing though. Last time I watched “England” ladies it was in the Olympics and I have to say already the improvements are massive. As the women’s game gains in popularity that can only improve.

As for USA vs England comparison, just compare Tobin Heath to Nikita Parris.
Heath goes through you at speed and can shoot and score.
Parris, well ... once she is confronted by a defender, she turns around and passes it backwards. And she can't even score penalties. There is a world of difference.
