The Xbox Live Arcade version of Plants Vs Zombies has been given a firm release date.
It will released on September 8 for 1200 Microsoft Points (£10.20), according to IGN.
Controls for the console version were also detailed. The left stick is used to select soil patches, the A button to place plants and bumpers to cycle through your seed collection.
The triggers will also absorb all available sunlight on screen, as opposed to manually collecting through a cursor.
Multiplayer can be co-operative, with planters sharing the same patch with their own selection of seeds, or competitive with one player sending zombies while the other defends.
The release date and hands-on was the Plants Vs Zombies reveal teased last month.
The version will also swap out the 'Thriller' zombie for a disco dancing variant after an objection from the Jackson estate.
