Do you agree that a court result is the best result of the season?

I look forward to new investors making the best of what we have.
Working together with Wasps and CCC to maximise incomes.

Working with a self serving hedge fund from Makta and a council that sees us as a cash cow and not an asset to the community.

Ok

.... waiting for Sisu to put it up for sale at what it's worth.

Ah, I see. So what if there are no investors? After all, what's in it for them?

Am I on the same level as everyone else, I don't care about anything but SISU leaving, that is all I want. I could roll off at least 30 people from the top of my head who will come back if they left. That is potentially £8970 to the club not including what we would spend on merchandise and food e.c.t.

So many on here are too political, with agendas. Mine is simple, this club needs to be built up again from scratch without SISU, or we're screwed.

I'm with you SBD. Just want SISU gone, the rest is just shite.

Don't remember our training ground being flogged 16 years ago.. or even our Premier League status.

To be fair it was fourteen/fifteen year we lost the Premier League status, and if not for the mismanagement that led to that and after, we would never have sold our soul to the devil.

It's clear to see that some on here will be gutted if SISU left.

Ha. I'm sure you actually believe that. Then again, a lot celebrated a council victory more than a CCFC one.

no it's not. There is very good reason to suspect that sisu going won't be the end of this saga.
I will be delighted when they fuck off but unless we get some arab sugar daddy in then they'll be plenty of lean years ahead and we'll still have the council and wasps to contend with, I don't think they will prove to be as benevolent to a post sisu CCFC as people think.

Not sure that anyone really would be, after all what brings us all to the site is the club, and if Sisu going brought us a better future I don't think anyone would be upset at that.

To be honest I just live in hope that they will go....soon.

3) Sisu sought to blame the club’s financial woes on ACL, but the judge said the club sold their right to revenues at the Ricoh Arena “for good consideration”. He also pointed out that when Sisu bought the club they had “full knowledge” of the lack of revenue rights and the contractual commitment to pay ACL £1.3m-a-year in rent.

Anyone still in doubt that SISU knew all along what they "Signed up for" Torchy?
Fucking good guys being the council, the same council who were charging a League One club bearing the city's name 1.2 million a season to play in a stadium they partly owned ,and who tried to block a move to the Butts in case it affected their agreement with a London franchised rugby club.
Good guys my fat arse, you need to fuck off to the council site and pleasure yourself

Rev... Take a look what the "Supreme Court Judge" has had to say.......

I often wonder what's in it for them but 95 other owners must see something.
Give it to the fans, sprinkle a little bit of help from Wasps and CCC and then see whether incomes are higher than outgoings.

I think I didn't explain myself fully CVD. I just mean everything else is constantly shite, and that there is the constant air of doom and despondency. I just want some hope, some good news some success.

I am like minded and know their is no sugar daddy, nor magic wand, but we are on a permanent downward spiral, and I feel when they go there wil be lean years, but some hope, and a basis to perhaps pull ourselves up again, after years of mismanagement.

I know their isn't a magic solution, but SISU are a cause and not a remedy. We need a remedy from somewhere, even if it mean treading water, but that is preferable to constantly fighting for breath.

That said I would also welcome a complete change of policy from the Council to actually help the club, and for Wasps to piss off back to London.

I live in hope too mate, seems my generation of fans are lost, hopefully the next generation never have to witness not just the bullshit of the ownership, but the divide they created on us fans.

who are they ? I haven't seen one poster say that once.
Its those who think they are solely to blame I feel the most ignorant twonks on here, Italia and his myopic view on the situation , Oucho who would amazingly rather have a council court case win than a promotion to the Championship,Oh what a fan, and a few others who I cant be fucked to mention

Can't believe fans wind you up more than the ownership does, that's unbelievable.

Yea I remember the help we got from the council last time, it cost us 1.2 million for 23 days a season, blooming deal of the century that and helped us enormously

The higher league you're in, the more you pay, look at West Hams deal on that stadium, even if relegated.

Still extortionate though so I do agree.

Not sure how old you are, but I am mid 40's, and started watching the team in the late 70's, when we still occasionally pulled in 30k crowds.

Suddenly with the advent of All Seater Stadia, and the clubs struggles in the early to mid 80's our crowds reduced quite significantly, until I remember attending a game against Watford at home in the then Division One, where only 7499 fans turned up to see us in the top flight. At the time I was one of only a few hard-core City fans in my class at Whitley, and yet suddenly we did better won the cup, and everyone seemed to support the club.

I know we are a long way from that and need SISU gone, but we just want some hope, and then some success, if we work on the hope first, then hopefully it will bring some fans back, and then we can try move onwards and upwards from there.

The deal that cost the London taxpsyer millions and is effectively a free of charge deal you mean?

No answer to the question then? Then again you're on some sort of heroic boycott, so football results aren't particularly important.

I'm not wound up at all duff, not one bit. Everyone I have ever met who supports this shower wants SISU to go full stop. We actually have fans who want the club to suffer and let the council off its responsibility they had in getting us where we are
Whoever comes next needs to stay as far as they can away from the council.
