Sometimes I dont think we use the U23 enough properly in terms of fitness and sharpness.

I know we have a game tomorrow but if we arranged it for Weds we could have let Baka / Biamou / Kastaneer all get some minutes.

As it stands, if people don't get on for the first team they generally sit on the bench a lot.

He played at least 70 mins today and that’s with the club having just Kastaneer in reserve. Really needs a loan spell somewhere to find a permanent home
