Of course she is she’s a presenter on a local afternoon show that deals with lost dogs and does a quiz. Seems like everybody expects her to be Jeremy Paxman ffs

Ive mer her - she’s nice and does a job none of the critics on here can do

So what do we reckon the Ashley/King convo is going to go like?
king: Mike fancy 25m for the stadium?

Ashley: Doug - how much for 85% of CCFC

King: £x

Ashley - I’ll give you half

King: Done!

Sadly Trish is a poor interviewer, especially as regards football.
You could tell she knew little of the background info when chatting with Pete.
She's a lovely person, but her kids were a right pain in the arse at school (not saying junior or senior. I may compromise one of their teachers)

I'm still at 8:55 catching up this thread but seems like it was all a load of bullshit. King SUPER looks like Glen Gregory from Heaven 17:

Would we not just be better with Ashley, IF he is interested? Where the hell do we go from now? Do King's "no sales" promises still apply? And he reallly loves Joy, doesn't he?

Asked if there’s a possibility that he might offer Ashley a quick return on his investment, Mr King said: “As people will see I have spent my life trading and building businesses so I am all for any discussions with the new owner if he’s willing to get some of the money that he’s put in to keep the building operating, and allowing us to play our couple of games there, and just wants some of that back with a little bit extra, then we’d be more than willing to entertain that, of course.”

That doesn't sound like a dogmatic desire to own the whole stadium complex to me. Leaves room for some kind of mutually beneficial deal, although Ashley may be more of a 100% or nothing guy.

Again it’s another statement from King fully aware Ashley won’t do a deal with him. Saying the right things to appease.

The way I see it now, sisu have three options.
1. Sell to Mike Ashley
2. Use the Doug king money to make a massive bid for promotion, then sell a premier League club.
3. Assets strip, sell anyone they can get a £ for and offer what's left to the highest bidder.

Guess which one I think the vindictive hedge fund will go for ?

Sisu have a 15% say In dealings..😜

King only ever been a sisu puppet. He won't put any of his money into city, there's only really the choice of paying rent to MA or selling everything before ditching the club.

From what I've seen, he puts other people's money into stuff. If that's the case I'm a fking millionaire.

Why doesn't Ashley simply sell his 17 million purchase to King for 25 million and walk away.
8 million for not much work.

Well there you go Doug… you’ve now got £25m to spend in January instead of the stadium so don’t come to January and not say you’ve not got any money to spend

“and my statement is; we have the cash, £25million”

How the hell did a surveyor/agent value the arena in 2021 for 52 million and today it sells for 17. At the market value according to the judge

Surely someone needs to be investigated for this

Suppose if it's losing money and needs repairs it's not worth much?

One could be valuing potential income, the other actual income? Commercial leases valued on income, profit basis.

Was that just structurally or as a business?

I’d just like to place on record my thanks and appreciation to Timmy fisher for all his hard work and support over the last 10 years steering CCFC.
