Three things stand out from the interview:

1. Talk of a 'project' and signings
2. Refers to MR 'teaching him some things'
3. Talks a lot about starting each week

Seems smart enough to see the platform we can be for someone like him and he just wants games to prove himself. If he f*cks off for a Vik-style profit in a year or two, sound. Rinse and repeat.

Whilst the fee is large, if it's broken down into £3-4m upfront and the rest as extras, that's decent.

My hope is that the expectation doesn't eff him up. As long as he doesn't follow the Freddy Eastwood path and takes the Viktor path, I'll be happy.
