I think you'll find it very hard to find anyone who agrees with everything they say

Fair point but still think there's a couple who don't have your balanced view of things ;-)

So in this context interested means interested an American travelling to Coventry and meeting with ACL means interested.

An American Millionaire not meeting with anyone and expressing no interest at all would be when interesting would in context mean nothing surely?

Brendan Guilfoyle, ACLs preferred Administrator says the enquiries he's made on Heskell suggests he wouldn't be in a position to buy.

Well, they did issue a statement that then had to be amended because some of it was incorrect. I guess that first statement had elements of crap in it..... Fact?

exactly yet many times before these nonfactual statements have not had to be withdrawn because they were not under the scrutiny of the law as now, yet some on here will defend sisu to the oblivion of our club because they have so entrenched themselves into a corner that even they know there has been lie after lie .

Now that they are desperate that to blame acl because of personal pride..............To proud to admit they were taken in by the sisu bull

We are moving on I agree - to Walsall.

Walsall, Birmingham, Hinckley who knows-- Stephen Pressley I doubt it, season ticket holders nah. Maybe we'll find out when someone takes Sisu to court for miss selling season tickets?
But be clear Sisu have burn all their bridges in Coventry, they are finished.

Did you listen to CWR before the match? ACLs preferred administrator said he had investigated the Texan, they are both based on Leeds and he is on no position to buy.

PWKH said there was no one lined up to buy. You're reading far too much into this.

PWKH said no is lined up to buy because he can't say that because it is not possible to say that until due diligence is done. That can't happen unless SISU say we are selling so no, no one is lined up to buy. All he could say was 4 people groups etc have expressed and interest and he has met two of them. I am not making too much of it I am repeating what was said

Who in their right mind would rent a stadium to sisu ............bearing in mind their track record of payment

And I find it extremely difficult to understand how some fans on here actually fall for the crap spouted by SISU.

I find it quite unbelievable but it does make the world an interesting place.

Listen to an interview by PWKH then listen to one by Tim Fisher.
Sit back reflect and ask your yourself what does my gut instinct tell me regarding who just told me the truth.
If you don't go with your gut instinct then maybe employ the balance of probabilities

You've made it sound more concrete than it is. And again, the Texan that was shown around, ACLS prefered administrator stated he'd looked in to him and he's in no position to buy.

Why was he shown around was it because he was not potentially interested. Where have I made it sound more than it is?

Exactly the case, linnell was trying to draw PKH on buyers and there are NONE!

They are not buying the club off ACL that's why ACL could not be drawn he would just say they are interested.

But someone can view a house want to be buy it but when it comes to the nitty gritty anything can happen.
Also the owner must want to sell

So if you want to buy a business that is a going concern you think it's ethical to approach the premises owner first?

And you call sisu unethical? Unbelievable.

I think there was as we all the know the slight matter that the owners were on the verge of getting put into administration which would mean if he was going to buying the club it would not be with them anyway?

i dont trust pwkh. i dont trust the council i dont trust acl and i dont trust sisu

its our club
the rest can do one

they have killed it between them

if 5 years ago - they said here's 50m - get into the premier league - it would have been so easy

instead theyve pissed it up the wall

Have you ever contributed to a football related thread? Troll!

I only joined the forum a week or so ago and in that time off the field events seem to have dominated events.

Why resort to insults just because I don't see things the same as you? Perhaps, I've been around more disputes than you and I think it's dangerous to come to conclusions based on soundbites and the opinions of entrenched parties (which, like or not, is all that ACL have issued).

And before you say it, yes I am a fan that attends the games.

This just isn't sensible. An empty stadium isn't the equivalent of having an empty terraced house to let in Earlsdon. Anybody who needs the money will take a flier on SISU.

only with up front payment would you personally rent your property to them bearing once into a contract they can stop paying, so only on a pay as you go up front payment.

Irrelevant as all concerned parties seem to know nothing about it according to Sky sports

Well i think there is a serious player in the wings which has spurred the admin attempt by acl and the response from sisu who may well be prepared to deal but on their terms. Tuesday i believe is a big day for us, us being the true fans who love their club.

If they break that contract you can kick them out. I get that you don't have much time for SISU, but these exaggerated fears aren't helpful.

exaggerated fears? How, that is what they have done so should ACL kick them out?

What does that matter? You said that nobody would lease their ground to SISU, which is just completely unreasonable. It is another of those unjustifiable accusations that makes SISU completely toxic to so many supporters and hurts the discussion.

What has happened to that takeover you were certain about?

You seemed pretty certain we were being taken over the day, what has happened since then? Why did you claim there was a takeover, yet you now say 'whoever they are'?

Wait and see, there are possibilities of that i am certain, but the stakes have changed with this latest sisu admin stunt.

But our takeovers "bubble away" for so long that all the pan's have holes in the bottom now...
