That should of course read Golden Share! Can anyone explain what he means?

1/3 Reading Holdings/Arvo/SBS&L's docs to High Court. They concede: "In 2001, it appears golden share was transferred to #CCFC Ltd"

He goes on...."However, an entry was made in FL register of members on page relating to CC Holdings. FL & CCH conducted business on understanding..

3/3 (cont).. Holdings was the Club for all regulatory compliance & trading & investmt purposes." Adds player contracts were in Holdings name

Can't people just say it in plain English FFS

Problem with Twitter is it gives you a limit on how many words you can type, which often means sentences appear incoherent. It's a pain in the back side really.

What's not plain English? Golden share is in ltd but they are saying that to all intents and purposes they had an understanding with the FL that holdings was legally the club. Not sure that will hold up in court.

Is he saying Holdings are being considered the club?

If sisu staying that's me done.

Not going to waste another penny on owners not prepared to invest in the team. 2 seasons now transfer embargos scraping the barrel for players. Life is just too short to get stressed out and fork out hard earned just to plug the hole in finances sisu has got itself because it hires the wrong people.

Not sure of anything with these clowns anymore Mark.surely its time for the league to make a statement on it.either it is in ltd or it isn't.
Its in LTD in Black and White ,but theres a Grey area where was some sort of trading arrangement ,I see litigation with The League.

The Football League are run by Mormons, so bound to be on Sisu's side with this.
They have a Hotel and a Casino (who probably both pay there rent), They have World Cup Rugby, Heineken cup Rugby, more tennis, the World Jehovah witness convection, if they did not have football I am sure they would have many more concerts and events.

Just copied and pasted from another thread . Are Latter Day Saints near enough to swing it?:thinking about:

The thing is though. The rugby events have to be bid for. There's no guarantee they'll get them.

Not sure why people are so desperate to prove that the Ricoh could survive without CCFC. Maybe they could, maybe they couldn't, but no one wants them too, surely?

More like they had a perfectly good understanding and have swapped location of players contracts recently to try & muddy the waters..

So does this mean the golden share has been moved to holdings and the 10 points deduction was incorrect !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! or does it mean the FL do not care where it is as they think the LTD and Holdings is one of the same.. If the FL are correct and say the whole club is in Admin, a forced sale will have to happen no matter who hired the administrator,, would SISU really want to go against the FL on this and how would the FL act to defend its decision regarding the 10 points....

So messed up and not getting clearer is it,, hold onto your hats fellas may will be a very interesting month..

Theres no guarantee for either party Torch.

And theres no point losing it from whatever side of the fence we all see this ,but I work in the Exhibition industry and would'nt mind betting that the loss of weekend matches would open up a lot of potential date for other weekend events capable of attracting 10k-20k punters over two days ,not bad footfall .Exhibition space @ the NEC goes for around £150 per sqm

Torch,
I doubt anyone actually wants the club to move out of the Ricoh permanently, but that does not mean that I and others, as well as the ACL statutory auditors, do not believe that it could survive quite well without the club (does that qualify as a double negative?).
This is the same scare tactic as "there are no buyers out there willing to take on this club so we are stuck with SISU even if we don't like them" nonsense. That proved to be wrong as soon as the company went into administration did it not?

It seems to me that the only people saying the Golden Share is in Holdings is SISU. The Football League and administrator both confirm that the share is in CCFC Ltd.

SISU are doing this to muddy the waters - which will mean litigation for months.

My concern is that there might not be a Coventry City Football Club in the League next season as SISU won't let the club exit administration with a creditors voluntary agreement. I doubt the Football League will grant Holdings (SISU) the share as Holdings is not the football club. I'm not sure why they're making plans for next season. For me, the person that needs to be doing the planning is the administrator..!

Where do you deduce that from? This year we were the best funded team in the division, equal with Doncaster. and FFP would not allow any more to be spent.
