It's probably closer to 40m than 25m, about 10m has been spent on transfer fees alone.

Even Fisher's maths agrees that we've broken even on transfers, so you can forget that 10 million. That leaves about 30 million.
It wouldn't surprise me if Baker went, but I'd be very surprised if it were Forest. Sounds like an agent putting him in the shop window to me.
