We came out cold after the protest after being the better side at that point. The protesters lost us that game. Morons. We were being so competitive at that point holding onto a likely draw only to be disrupted by protest halting the game and the concentration level taken away. How the hell do you think our players would feel as opposed to Utd who probably thought they would hit quickly and so it proved. Numpties.
It was worth losing a point to get our point across sorry if I'm not making sense I'm after a fair few pints

we lost our concentration levels and they didn't ?

tonight was a sign of fans that have had enough. it wasn't about 1 point won or lost tonight, it is about the future of our club. I can only assume this will be the start, this wont be a one off

Then invade the pitch at half time... Sit in the centre for half hour if that's what they want to do. But during a time where we had the chance for at least a point is mindless...

we still did. Im confused, did we have to lose a player due to the invasion ?

If I was MV, I would have had the team in the dressing room and said "look at those fans, they are prepared to have life time bans to get across to the whole country what this club means to them,. You have 5 mins to show them what it means to you, get out there and give it everythng you have for 5 minutes.Your on tv in front of the nation, show them how good you are "

The timeline of events in the decline misses that despite public announcements to the contrary, in October 2014 Coventry City Council sold the stadium built for CCFC to Wasps rugby club. Condemning the club to a future as lodgers to Wasps or somehow trying to find the money to build a new stadium. Cheered on by so called Coventry City fans.

The last 5-10 minutes before the stoppage was pretty much all sheff united. RCC had already made a couple of decent saves and the ball had pinged around in their box.

We worked hard and probably deserved a point, but we weren't great.

If anything the protest in general probalg gave the players an extra edge, their work rate was much higher than usual

Who lost out tonight? Do you think TF will give 2 fucks??

Only people losing tonight were CCFC and the fans... We've seen a decent-ish 2nd half performance against the team in 2nd count for not a lot...

Linnell saying that Thomas up front with Sordell would get us out of out of trouble. Clueless old goat.
I actually think the pair in a 442 would do well. Sordell has the potential to be a 20 goal striker, and Thomas is very clever player, whos probably more into he Billy Clarke mould, sordell nearly scored from a cracking ball from him, a ball that neither agyei or wright would have seen or executed.

Nah..anything can happen in a match. The protest didnt loose us the match, but lack of concentration and the frailties of the team did. I felt both sides looked very ordinary and the only real difference was Billy Sharpe

Who gives a fuck, as far as I can tell we lose every week. Protest or no protest, history of this season shows the protest would have no effect on the result

What was the excuse for the last 3 months?

As the players left the pitch during the invasion, Sky showed RCC being taken off, supported by stewards, he looked unsteady or shell shocked. Did anything happen to him or was he involved in any incident before he left the pitch ?

Not the main reason we're fxxcked and in the relegation zone is it.

clearly not, as he left in the 85th min
Exactly.... So invade the pitch at beginning of second half... Delay the game that way - not 3 mins before the end of a game where we deserve a point.

Did you notice how Thomas comes towards the ball when he's got his back to goal. Thought he did well TBH.

I didn't feel I lost out as a fan, most exciting game for many weeks, better performance from the team. Well done to all involved in the protest.

Yet MV said it didn't have an affect on the result
