Last question - best possible deal for CCFC, if you are the preferred bidder, you will have to pay ACL, Fisher - no debt will be left

He has said it before. It's a way to make sure exit of admin is swift and FL will hand the golden share back.

If as is reported ACL have indeed bid ,then they must view the Judicial review as absolutely in the bag.

6/7 bidders 2 very strong experienced football people from what is being said, Sisu might not have this in the bag with such interest in the club... Also if football people are interested what do they know or have been told by the FA that make it seem a viable option...

Wasn't there a consortium headed By Keith Harris, who tried to buy Pompey? And no, not the Orville one all you comedians.

Good point....wouldn't be allowed to bid would they...fisher said they were expecting a decision about it in 6 weeks
Ah at last a bit of info on it .
I wonder who sets the pace on these things ,I mean a ruling just as SISU are assuming a secure start to the coming season .

There was and he seemed to have a fair bit of cash as he was saying he would buy Fratton Park and pay off all the debts (albeit at the CVA reduced rate) on day 1. Most people down here thought he was in with Chanrai (the former owner) and being used to push up the price the trust paid but the thought that about everyone and there wasn't really any evidence to support that theory.
