The same Dan Hodges that told all his Twitter followers that he voted Conservative yesterday?

Yes he voted conservative for the first time in his life having always voted labour.

He felt it was his duty to protect society and the economy from destruction.

You and the youth club should listen and learn from people like him.

The only thing to learn from him is how to be irrelevant and out of touch. The kids in the youth club will take control of their own destinies and make people like Dan and all your other heroes disappear into history as nothing more than an anecdotal point of reference.

Are you a a bit upset that once again the country kicked the socialist agenda into touch.

It's funny how you refer to visions and being out of touch when defending a manifesto scripted from Jurassic park.

Jurrasic Park?!

Someone on social media just described the DUP manifesto as the old testament with fortnightly bin collections!

You have fun with your new terrorist friends..... that'll be a fine dinner party, with the Yemenis, and Saudis - fuck it you might as well just invite ISIS directly.

Relying on the Christian fundamentalists of the DUP to get over the line, what a farce from Mrs May. Though I hope she stays in as long as possible, it's doing wonders for Labour. Now to see her deliver on shafting schools, hospitals and the elderly as promised.

Corbyn narrowed a 20+ point gap to 3 in under 2 months. Talk about prehistoric manifesto commitments, shall we start with restoring grammar schools?

Is it fair to say the people have rejected all policy's and politics and parties?

as mad as it sounds, the DUP might just help preserve the NHS and help the elderly. They're big on free health care and want the pension triple lock left in place.
They'll probably want creationism to replace the sciences in schools though!

May has come to some sort of agreement with the DUP.
Give it a few weeks and the knives will be in her back.

I think 72% of turn out among 18-25 year olds shows that not to be the case.
Big turn out for the EU referendum as well.

I think it shows people get involved when there's a clear choice.
When there's a rizla paper between the parties then they don't seem to bother.

Learn from someone who describes himself as "tribal neo-Blairite" and said "If UKIP break 6% at the next election I'll streak naked down Whitehall in a Nigel Farage mask whilst singing Land of Hope and Glory", has quite and rejoined the labour party several times depending which way the wind is blowing. Sounds very wishy washy and has his finger on the pulse about as much as you with your gleeful Corbyn will be decimated prediction that you made last night. No wonder you like him.

Isis that's Corbyn territory. He'd have had Bin Laden round for tea and cake if he was still going strong.

Assume those that were kept bringing up Corbyns alleged support of the IRA are appauled and will be equally vocal about the prospect of the Conservatives working with the DUP?

If May attends the funerals of their killers, yep, I will.

Still find it odd that people excuse Corbyn's past with the IRA. Of course, if it had been May that had done those things, then I would bet good money those same people would be equally damning about her for having done it.

If he wasn't the Labour leader, they would have most probably got my vote. I have no idea how many people felt the same way about this issue with Corbyn, so hard to tell if he actually lost Labour the chance to Govern in this election.

she'll be gone once the coalition government has been put in place,
Cameron resigned on 24th Jun, May became leader on 11 July when Leadsom pulled out, otherwise there would have gone on to a members postal vote, which was strangely not scheduled till Sept! That could take some time.

You mean like selling weapons to countries that fund ISIS?? How damning were you of her? How damning was the press?

Even you must surely now accept the hypothesis that the press can manipulate opinions of the public is a false one?

The Labour kiddies are all jumping around like they won a majority. For some strange reason they attracted more of the substantial UKIP vote of 2015 than the Tories, that's all. I'm no fan of the Lib Dems but Nick Clegg's comments about MP's on all sides showing some solidarity on vital issues rather than inflaming those that they disagree on, were wise. The country takes one step forward and two steps back.

So, I guess you didn't vote for either of them then?

It's not about excusing Corbyn, it's about working out what threats are current and real.
I no longer worry about my family walking down the street and getting blown up by an IRA bomb.
I do worry about them getting attacked by some Islamic fundamentalist with a bomb, or with a lorry or whatever he can do the most damage with.
That's why we shouldn't be arming their sponsors, that's why we shouldn't be letting them out of the country to fight in Libya or Syria.
Next time a republican bomb goes off on the British mainland I might need to revise that train of thought but until it does I'll be more concerned with a repeat of the events in London and Manchester in recent weeks and the many fuck ups by May and her colleagues that helped contribute.
