Because a RAWR I HATE SISU without everything else being sorted would mean we'll be bitching at each other for the next 5 years or until we've all joined in a mass suicide.

It's not an either/or.

NormanWisdom ---

80% of the mess would be sorted if SISU left. What do you need to be convinced of that?

Like I said earlier, ACL can be dealt with later.

Council elections can be use to sort out our situation with ACL ... At least we have some say by voting with our feet or if we get particular MPs on our side but we do not have any say in what SISU can do with our club ... you saw that last Thursdays.

For the record, I am not a SISU hater ... but when you see how owners of our beloved football club being run by an organisation like SISU, who have behaved and shown no respect to the fans, you get to a point where they have overstayed there welcome.

If I like change, I want future stability, I want success and I like my club to be more ambitious to aim for the top then yes you can call be a SISU hater.

Why you banging on about ACL when you should be looking at a much bigger picture which is SISU.

A little reminder, couple of months ago we were told CCFC was debt free .. now suddenly we been hit with a £60 million debt bill ... That wasn't all ACLs doing was it?

SBT are a joke Craig as you are highlighting!

I still want to know what the Trust has achieved to date .
Can someone please put on here what it is ?

Nothing craig - That is PRECISELY my point!

They have talked and talked, yet done absolutely FA. In fact I have done more PRACTICAL stuff than they EVER WILL!

I have held a boycott since the attack on the fans by the stewards, I have pressed weekly for a boycott, I have challenged the Trust to do SOMETHING - yet very little actually happens, except pathetic attempts to try and silence me and attack me for showing their TRUE colours.

One thing they can NEVER claim is that I have done nothing. I have done WAY WAY WAY more. The difference? I don't expect to be paid for my efforts, whereas the trust demand membership fees!

If they REALLY loved the club, they would NEVER EVER consider charging for their services!

But representing the fans seems just a front. Its a pathetic power grab. WHY ELSE sit on the fence and refuse to outright boycott dealing with sisu outright?

This was why the trust in its earlier guise broke up, because the majority were anti-sisu and didn't want anything to do with sisu. but this Jan bloke wanted to sit on the fence. This was why it broke up, and is why the cracks are starting to appear now!

There comes a time when you put up or shut up. I've done my bit and then some. Sisu considering they claim over 2000 you would have thought would have done a heck of a lot more than one person!

Quite frankly I would be furious if I was a member of the SBT that my leadership did as little as these guys are doing!

THEY CLAIMED when they started out they had no intention of getting involved in running the club.

It would be very interesting if they KEPT this promise and came out and specifically stated they had no intention of getting involved in running of nthe club!

If they don't then they have broken their promise to their own members! And my assertion that they are no better than sisu is shown to everyone!

When an organisation can only defend itself by personal attacks (as proven by their comments to me) then they have absolutely no right to claim they represent the fans, and are nothing more than attention seeking wannabes.

In that case please accept my sincere apologies. I was under the impression from previous posts that you hadn't and were being critical of those that had. I am man enough to aologize if I was wrong.

The Trust will be questioning ACL shortly to establish exactly what "The Doors To The Ricoh Are Open" actually means. On what basis is this? Is it at the old contract? Is it on the same terms as the last three games? Are they prepared to open new negotiations with Holdings and the Administrator jointly? Would they accept mediation/arbitration? Does the Judicial Revue preclude them from having discussions with Holdings? etc

ACL are far from blameless in the mess our club is in, be that historically or recently and we will be trying to see what options are open to ensure that the team, irrespective of who the owners are, are playing at the Ricoh next season. For too long our team has been used as a political football between self interested parties and we need to cut through the BS for the good of all of us supporters. Obviously we will only be speaking on behalf of our members as we have no right or mandate to speak on behalf of non members but any answers we receive will be published to all.

AND THERE IT IS - THE TRUST STILL REFUSES OUTRIGHT TO REFUSE TO DEAL WITH SISU AND ATTACK ACL! STRAIGHT FROM THE HORSES MOUTH!

Talk is cheap (as the trust are proving). WHY NOT ASK SIMILAR QUESTIONS OF SISU?

Seems the leader of the trust is pinning his colours to SISU from this comment!

NOTE HE DOESN'T CONDEMN SISU'S ACTIONS AND NEVER HAS!

Are you actually mental? They issued a statement and a set of very precise and detailed questions for the administrator/sisu.
Theyve spoken directly with sisu in the past and have recently refused to be drawn in on consultations with sisu regarding a new stadium as they feel as did the majority that voted for this action. That the home of ccfc is the ricoh arena.

I don't get you...Why keep bring up ACL???? they are the least of our worries.

The beef is now with us CCFC fans and SISU.

Did Thursdays outcome not make that clear enough to you or teach you anything.

They have made a total fools of us on Thursday and enough is enough!!!!!

Stop diverting the issue on ACL ... as far as most people are concerned, it is SISU we want answers from as they have shown a colossal disregard to all sky blue fans and hold the ultimate card to our future and at the moment it is not ACL.

So cut the nonsense and please stop banging on about "What about "ACL!!"

There time will come but we have higher priorities to deal with such as SISU and there behaviour toward us fans.

Peace and out!

We need to understand ACL position as SISU seem to think its cheaper to build a stadium themselves.
They continually say success relies on having the stadium and the income streams.
Do you know the answer ?

A 30M stadium will have an annual finance fee of £2.1M per year (5% x 25 years) plus running costs.
We currently have been offered a lease of £400K per year plus a share of the income streams.

Something is not quite right and I need to understand it.

If we understood exactly what was going on in SISU's head I would be worried
There is still a lot more to this issue between SISU/ACL than we are being told. We are only being drip fed information they want us to have & until we know all we'll never understand

You seem to be the one that is delusional. They STILL say they are prepared to talk to sisu! All they have said is they do not agree with moving stadium. AGAIN REFUSE TO OUTRIGHT REFUSE TO CONTACT SISU!

The best SISU will get from ACL/CCC is reduced rent and SOME income from matchdays.
This is as opposed to owning a ground 100% and getting 100% income streams, surely this is a better option if only it were true.
As for location, a new ground would probably be no further away than the Ricoh which is on the outskirts of Coventry anyway.

I dont understand why you would want them to refuse to deal with the clubs current owners. It is very clear that BOTH sisu and acl hold equal blame for the downfall of the club, and the trust should, be where it is, right in the middle fighting for an outcome that sees a resolution to the threat of
The club playing outside of coventry or even disolving.

Most of us preferably want new ownership, however there is no garuntee this will happen in the short term, and the trust as a fan representative group should not exclude its self from any future dealings with either party by refusing to deal
With them now.

The trust can dismiss or criticse either partys actions or statements without refusing to deal with them in the future. That for me is exactly what it is there to do, it is the fans voice on every matter. If it refuses to deal with anyone, we dont have a voice.

A representative body with over 2000 members has more authority when dealing with the club than one nutcase with a keyboard and a router.

Accept that you have to find the finance for it so you will have a mortgage.
Also you will now have the costs of running it like rates etc. and you will not share costs with other concerns like casino etc
Theres more to this than meets the eye.

Great to see a brain dead answer from a brain dead poster!

The sheer fact that this bunch is sitting on the fence is clear they are not representing their membership which they claim they do!

Any moron who still sthinks they can influence what sisu will or wont do clearly needs their medication changing because you quite clearly have no concept of what is going on!

The trust is now being used as a pawn by sisu - EVERYONE sees it excepy it seems you and the trust!

You really must be such a sad individual to think that talking to sisu will achieve ANYTHING.

The battle lines were drawn up by sisu months if not years ago. By sitting in the fence and giving innocuous and pointless statements is pointless.

Surely as someone who claims to support the club, you CANNOT possibly condone the continued existence of sisu at the club.,

ONLY A CRETIN cannot see this

You seem to be in that camp

By NOT categorically condemning sisu's actions they are BETRAYING THE CLUB

SHAME ON ALL YOU TRUST MEMBERS

YOU ARE BETRAYING THE CLUB YOU CLAIM TO SUPPORT!

I thought Obama was more interetsed in the goals Alan 'Make mine a large one' Brazil scored for us in his time, or why we didnt sign Charlie George when he was on trial with us in Bobby Goulds first spell.
Oh no its Michelle Obama who mentioned these things, not her husband!

Woah steady on cowboy. I dont want sisu to remain at the club, they're terrible owners and the future of the club I DO support is bleak with them in charge.

Ive already stated on previous threads that whilst they are in charge i wont be purchasing merchandise or attending
Home games regardless of where they are played.

I dream of someone taking us over, purchasing the ricoh and putting the club back where it belongs.

However, this currently doesnt look likely, sisu/arvo are free to attempt to purchase ltd back from admin and as the administrator appears to be leaning towards this, dreams of PH4 riding in on a stallion looks slim.

Therefore, as my original point makes, the trust should not isolate themselves from future involvement if any is to
Happen. If they were to do this and sisu then cut them out of the picture completely what is the point?
I agree they should be making more critical statements towards both parties.

Well this is the point. The Trust, are seen to be doing little more than talk. actions speak louder than words.
This is why they should organise a protest/gathering one Saturday in the city centre and be seen to be doing something
Im sure the Trust would gain more respect from people if this was made to happen.
ACL / SISU are jus taking the piss out of the Trust yet they don't see it, or they don't want to ???
