Glazier-60's
Early 60s before Bill Glazier was a character called Arthur Lightening- may not have been all time best but add his skills to his character and you have a great goalie
I think anyone who was actually lucky enough to see Bill Glazier play would say Glazier by a country mile.
Glazier for me, then Blyth, then Westwood.

Don't know the answer to that, Grendel, but for me he was 10 times the keeper Oggy ever was and so much more.If he was that good why was he effectively finished at 32?

Such a tragedy that he had the likes of Gordon Banks playing in the same era, otherwise he would have got a lot more England caps
The bloke was just brilliant and more often than not you would see him catch the ball at full length, none of this palming the ball away stuff.
That was the when Glazier was at his peak.Banks' career ended when glazier was still in his twenties.
I heard Reggie Matthews was brilliant too, VOR, but before my time unfortunately.Regret Matthews - 50's
Blyth (60s) - although I loved the team that played with him, so may be biased for that reason
