No loan players coming in, yes might be one soon but we need more.
Worst board this club has ever had and if no offer for us they want then JUke box will be sold in Jan prob for about £500,000 knowing SISU the muppetts.

there's a long way to go my friend. Too early to make any prediction but will concede it looks like we will be struggling for a while.

Heard that there were several scouts at the game today. Would not be surprised if Juke was being hawked by our "caring", owners.

The road is long, with many a winding turn, that leads us to who knows where, who knows when.
But I'm strong, strong enough to carry him. He ain't heavy, he's my SISU OUT banner.

:D

We will not move out the bottom 3 , we are doomed . Usually you believe your team can turn things around but no one ( not even my" ever the optimist father " ) thinks that will happen this season .
Our only hope is a takeover before the January firesale .
It is not a bad squad but needs 3 or 4 decent players added . The kids should not be played every week but the odd last 20mins now and again .
Right off to beer outlet

If we are to survive this season then we require a major over haul of the playing squad. They are simply not good enough, don't let the 15 minute spell fool you into believing we had a chance today. The defence was torn apart time after time, out jumped, out muscled, it was painful to watch at times. We were lucky we didn't go in at half time 5-0 down. Lambert could of had a hattrick just from free headers today. Their 3rd was a free header from 6 yards out which is completely unacceptable and to make it worse the defence didn't have a clue who they were picking up. They just looked like a team full of footballers and had the confidence which comes with being top of the league. The 2-0 and you fucked it up chants were embarrasing. Next time lads, please leave until we are winning before singing that.

No, we are not as good as relegated. There are five months left yet. If we are second bottom in March then fair enough.

No, this isn't the worst board we've ever had.

Sorry but unless there is significant investment or a big change in tactics we will be relegated.
Is it any coincidence that our best spells of the season 20 mins vs Blackpool scored 2 and 30 mins today scored 2 have came when we have moved away from the diamond, played with some tempo, gone slightly more direct and had a definite purpose in our passing?

Other teams will get stronger (look at Doncaster) whilst come January we'll be saying goodbye to Juke, Clingan and anyone else commanding a fee. Considering it looks like we'll already be some way behind safety come then it's impossible to look past relegation.

We have a mass of players all known as injury prone (Bell, McSheffrey, McPake, Deegan, Clingan) and a bunch of youngsters that at this rate will soon burn out (Thomas, Cameron, Christie, Bigi). We lack goals, only 13 so far, and Juke accounts for 6 of those and as for pace....not exactly much of that either. Confidence will currently be at rock bottom and we've conceded 7 goals in the last 2 games. All that and next up is West Ham (who have scored 4 goals 4 times this season) and then Cardiff (who have failed to score just once this season).

We're already 4 points off safety and I'd expect that to increase by the end of the month. It's difficult to see how we can turn this around I'm afraid.

there is no way cov is going to start winning games to get out of this mess, i can't beleive some of you think we will be ok, can't you see that we are a very poor championship side that has fragile confidence, we are going to be bottom of the league very soon

Most seasons a team gets cut adrift, hopelessly outclassed by the rest of the division. This season, that looks like being us.

We're gone, wouldn't be surprised if we end up bottom, 2 points out of last 15 and looking worse than ever. At least Doncaster, who were previosuly equally as bad as us, have moved to sign Diouf. He is an utter tosspot but will score and create so many goals at this level. Sisu hang your heads in shame.

I'm not saying we will turn around. What I am saying is that the season doesn't end on November 5.

Yep, I'll keep having happy thoughts while the rest of you become increasingly more suicidal by the minute. :p

constantly in the bottom 3rd of the league, sell 4 of the best players, get an inexperienced manager, no investment at all, smallest squad in the league, need to reduce that squad, never scored any amount of goals, not ome back from behind since the war, etc etc etc

We are down...

It was pretty apparant we wouldn't stay up unless some new players came in to replace the ones that left at the end of the season.
I'm not sure about next season, while SISU are still raping the club in League One I doubt I'll be back, I wish they'd hurry up & sell it, but my sinking heart and suspicious mind tell me they can find more ways to take money out.

I'm afraid I'm more down than I have been since they sacked Black.

I'm just resigned to it all.

Expect us to lose every game and and therefore just chilled out with it all. Already looking to next season and my focus on the Football League Show is now on League 1 and the teams we will face next year.

Better that than wanting your team to lose...

I know it's difficult for you to grasp, but it's only November (you know the month with the pretty fireworks), so we're not relegated yet. Come the spring and we're in the same position then I will personally start a thread apologising to you.
