A few of their boy band fans escorted out from their seats even before kick off  clearly trying to antagonise CCFC fans, and can only assume they must be known for it otherwise they'd have just been left be

We need to get into them from the off.

Let them know we are there.

Why don't they do that in pro football? First tackle go flying in to set the pace. Absolutely hammer the player marking you so they don't come near you.

They do do it in pro football. Sheff UTD etc do it, and get away without even a yellow card :)

As in high intensity form the off? Or just a huge tackle?

Bigi is a curious one. Looked good first half against Peterbrough and then went to pot in the second half. He's had so long out from the world of football since his little purple patch at Newcastle some 2-3 years ago.

Can a manager bring out that potential or is he just quite simply not good enough? I'm still not sure.

I'm not going to completely write him off though, despite it seemingly being "in vogue"
Not really curious, Peterborough put no pressure on him or fleck first half, after making the change on 35 mins they started to press higher and gave Bigi and fleck no time so Bigi struggled because he's too ponderous with his decision making.

He's simply not good enough, I will be v disappointed if we sign him in the summer.

He has no pace at all. He can't hardly move forward.

None of our central midfielders have any pace. In fact I can't remember many central midfielders who would play a deep lying defensive midfield role having pace.

I'd rather he learned to tackle, get stronger and increase his passing consistency before worrying about his pace.

That can be more valuable than pace. The ball moves faster than a player ever can .

Garbage. The removal of the one player with pace has been pivotal in our decline.

Now a 433, midfield must compress when we're defensive.

That's the thing.

They are playing with Wing backs, if one of them takes murphy on then we are weak down the wing unless then Bigi or Fleck will go over.

Correct, the squad as a whole is very narrow. No one natural to do the wide role.

It wasn't long ago posters on here were glad we didn't play that we didn't need to as we were the Barcelona of the football league.

Sounds a bit negative so far, can't keep the ball once we get it. Just soaking up their pressure.

Let's hope we do get a counter attack.
