The plan is quite simple. It is for the United Kingdom to leave the European Union. That's what the referendum was about. How that is done is for the politicians but they need to follow the will of the people.

Companies trade, countries don't. Countries facilitate trade for the good of their economies. If a reciprocal free trade agreement between the UK and member states of the EU was valuable yesterday it still is today.

Very true. In fact I'm not sure there is a labour core vote anymore.
SNP have wiped them out in Scotland and UKIP are doing the same in the Midlands and North.

Sorry just been out panic buying Danish Bacon just in case the supply stops later today.
Thankfully its not up to me to get the plan in place to exit the EU. No country in the EU will want to end trading ties with us will they. There will be some renegotiation on existing trade deals and I'm sure that there will already be plenty in the pipeline with the rest of the world (sorry can't be 100% sure as I'm not part of the government).
Bank of England have already stated that they've made banks more robust over last 7 years with one eye on Eu so shouldn't be a major problem.
The only panic at the moment seems to be the FTSE and money market which was to be expected. It will settle down. Just give it a few weeks and it'll all be rosy in the garden.

I wonder when we can expect a statement from George Duggins about Coventry City Council position on the EU referendum and if he will be resigning because he hasn't got the support of the Coventry people.

For some this may look like a bad day for the UK but it's far worse for the EU. Belgium, France, Denmark, Italy, Holland and Sweden have all come out either saying they want out or have reaffirmed their stance on wanting out. Iceland have said it makes them less likely to join (didn't want to anyway tbf). In 10 years the EU could well be dead in the water anyway.
As for the markets pretty much every major one is in the red atm. The only one that has gained is gold. Also it should be noted I got 1.12€ to the pound last week after getting 1.24 the week before. It dropped from 1.30 to 1.20 around 2 this morning but has now bounced between 1.24 and 1.25 for the last hour or so. What's happening here is having an equal effect on what's happening almost everywhere else.
Now Cameron has gone Osbourne and to a lesser extent Corbyn has to go too now surely?

Done on Councils time and apparently not a waste of tax payers money. CIty Council took a position which was not the views of the Coventry public. Does not matter if its a free vote or not.

This is how I see it panning out.
We're either in for decades of decline or our exit means as part of the negotions to stay in the common market not much will actually change except we'll no longer have a say of any sort in how the EU is governed.
Struggling to see the win here.

And no immigrants leaving. - ALMOST Everybody I spoke to over the last few months, who said 'vote out', People who want out have said it is down to EU Immigration, They want the Eastern Europeans gone. one said they have had them squatting on their doorstep, a lot have said the immigrants get MORE benefits than brits - This is something the UK could have sorted themselves. I have had one who told me their house was wrecked by Eastern Europeans and that was their reason, but they couldn't tell me how it was wrecked 'Let's leave it at that'.
But the most common response was "I Don't want them in Britain, They don't belong"
Immigration from within the EU will go up over the next year or 2, as this mess tries to get sorted out. People will be doing an Indiana Jones, diving under a closing door.

Stating with the Calais Jungle, Our border crossing between the UK & Calais is in Calais, France, The French PM has said that this border WILL move back to Dover and he will not be able to stop the Calais Jungle to moving with it, Once on British soil its only a fence to climb.

I had a fiver on it last night at 8/1.....I never doubted there would be a leave vote, virtually everybody I spoke to (outside of work) was voting out. Just annoyed I didn't put a few more quid on.

We are world leaders, always have been , 5th largest economy, fantastic broad base of skills, trading links with the entire world way before much of Europe. The EU was a sham, getting worse by the month but more than anything else we cannot keep taking people to the tune of over 300,000 per year from anywhere. Hopefully we will align with a system more akin to Australia or the old German work permit system. More than anything for me we have to stop accepting people who come here and don't integrate, those same people who invoke the most fear and add the most security risk.
No I'm not demanding anything, simply pointing out there isn't one.
That's just it, I'd say in our family and social circles the split seemed to be 75/25 OUT, but I still thought the bookies must know more than me.........they usually do !!

You asked for a plan. I gave you what I think is what the government should be doing and you ignore it. Maybe you'd be better emailing David Cameron as he will have more of an idea about what his government is going to do than I will. He might write back to you specifically on that nice headed paper. You could mount it and hang it up on the toilet wall and then you could read it and feel full of self importance every time you have an shit.
