Definition of insantity...........

Why on earth do people turn up last minute and expect anything different to what we have done in the past ?

Because it's all very simple. In my business we treat our customers with respect and not like pieces of shit. If a customer wants an account we arrange subject to usual commercial deal. If they wish to pay by credit card, we accommodate. If they wish to pay by cash, that's fine as well.
If somebody wants to make a decision at 6pm to go to a football match they should be accommodated.
It's just incompetent and arrogant that they should treat there customers in the way they do.
They pay these people on the turnstiles a minimum wage, so should be very simple to recover the cost.
In business, like life, you reap what you sow.

terrible commentator.

Who's the bloke who just had to come on and explain what the 15 minute applause was for? He was on more often last year and was decent enough.

squad Sky sports saying "tenious"

plenty of time left and even if we lose, we will be a lot stronger squad in Sept.

All good for the fitness this.

For the peeps in the Ricoh, what does the attendance look like ? On the radio, its sounding more like a reserve match than a cup game.

Stevenson flaps out of a challenge that would have made him.

Good chance for tudgay, keeper saves and just behind tudgay

They were overwhelmed with the amount of people who wanted an 'on the day' ticket...

It's not simple actually - the club were berated for not using ticket master and now they have. If you have a concert which hasn't sold out you can't pay on the gate. Go to a theatre - can't come in a minute to go and expect to get in. Your comparison is shite really.

agreed. Its a symptom of football. If they got into the habit of actually booking tickets, there wouldn't be an issue.

I have never paid on the gate of a concert

What was ref looking to see then? Advantage? Haynes leg was taken clearly and the ball was going nowhere?

Relying too much on his Lino this fella!
The ball was already played by their man wasn't it?
