I do too !Yes i think so
I do too !
So they listen - react - you still moan.
Why ? they sold them too ?? Mwahahahahaha. In all seriousness, lets hope the club have cash turnstyles for the league games coming up...
What time?I turned up without a ticket, expecting pay on the gate, seen the size of the queue and walked home. I wonder how many others did.
I't doesn't give the owners the right to rip me off though . enjoy the game .
It would be very interesting to know how many also did the same thing tonight and , puts future walk ups off in future . it really is a debacle .I turned up without a ticket, expecting pay on the gate, seen the size of the queue and walked home. I wonder how many others did.
Ah yes lessons learned , history suggests that's doubtful .Hopefully they've learned the lesson from this. They can do cash turnstiles after all so just do them. Once they opened them the queues soon went down and a nice man in a wasps top at the collection window found my tickets in about thirty seconds.
I agree.Does anyone not agree we need cash turnstiles?
Ffs just do it as it clearly is the right thing to do.
Ah yes lessons learned , history suggests that's doubtful .
got there at 7.20 - one of the stewards said they would be opening cash turnstile
walked round the ground, and was in by 7.22
They cant carry on this ticket office fiasco
probably cost them 200 on the gate tonight or £3000
In the league it makes sense to have cash turnstiles. The cups depends on the draw. If we did pull Liverpool at home for example all ticket would be the sensible. It's just a case of applying common sense.
To be fair when i was listening on the way there Stuart asked Geoff if the new bloke from West Ham was in the squad right after Geoff had told him he was on the bench!Comes to something when even CWR/ Stuart Linnell are asking for answers .
So from anyone who actually used the ticket office what was the issue? They said there were 5 service points, which it was said earlier in the thread was more than the number of cash turnstiles they have.
Was it just sheer number of people who hadn't got advance tickets or was each individual transaction taking a long time?
It used to be carnage to get in when it was 5 quid a ticket for the jtp and all you had to do was give the cash to bloke on the turn style
because even when you could POTG we ended up with massive queuesWhenever anyone comes on here to point out obvious & glaring deficiencies in the
Ticketing operation at the club, people jump in to defend the indefensible.
Why is that ?
Why" what's the problem, there clearly is one.because even when you could POTG we ended up with massive queues
Why" what's the problem, there clearly is one.
My local non league team process customers with no problems.
Can't speak of tonight as wasn't there, last season home against Crewe joined POG line a 7.20 andThe problem we had when games were delayed was the sheer amount of people turning up with a few minutes to go.
Tonight it looked like there were loads rocking up later on so they need to make a decision on how they will go forward. I didn't go in the ticket office, did they have all of the terminals on the go at the same time?
