When was the last time we bought a player for anything other than an 'undisclosed fee'? Does anyone remember? If so who was it and what did we pay?
Yes most players League 1 teams sign for cash on those rare occasions are undisclosed. I don't really know the reasons.

I think I read we haven't paid for turnbull but got him for free with a 50% sell on fee to Southampton as payment?
Chris Birchall £300,000
?
Why the fascination with knowing the fee?
Why give anything away about the clubs finances to other teams...
Maybe they are grateful we got Sisu and they didn'tThat would be a great bit of business, although I can't understand why Southampton would be ok with that? Anything could happen in the meantime or he could run down his 3 years and we get nothing.
Or they know he is amazing so we will sell him for £10m next year when we win the championship
Take a look at the BBC Transfer website, the majority of fees are undisclosed, it isn't just an evil, shady CCFC thing.

Surely they must have to disclose it in the annual accounts submitted to Companies House?

As someone said above, it is usually the selling club that defines whether or not the fee is disclosed. That's why it was undisclosed then, to make us all believe Sisu actually paid out some money
