we are mid table in terms of budget, so judge the team at the end of the season based on that.

We are 1 win off 12th.

As TM says, we need to punch above our weight to do anything this season. Lets support them
And 1 loss off bottom.
Paint it how you want we are four steps backward from last season.

Fuck off also does, so I guess I'm winning 2-1.

I can also argue my point for the record, just to imbed it in you one last time. Both players were poor for large chunks of last season, as well as having really good parts too. It's not a lie, or a fabrication.

Using what we knew about these players, we should have done better to stop them. If you don't agree with that, that's completely fair enough, I don't think you're a c**t for it. Taking that line because you don't agree however, does make you out to be a bit of a bully, and there was completely no need for it.
A boring c**t as well as a thick one

Failing to admit you are wrong over Murphy makes you blinkered and stubborn , also an idiot

He was poor for large parts of last season, I don't believe that's wrong.

For the record I have also said he has a hell of a lot of good talent, and if applied better could an extremely good player. I have also acknowledged when he played well.

You've just picked out an angle of attack, and believed what you've wanted to in your own head without even discussing it with me properly.

Fair enough. You are (in my opinion) wrong. But that's fair enough. I'll withdraw calling you a thick c**t. Is changing it to 'big old dafty pants' enough to withdraw your deeply offensive dig calling me a bully? Don't make me cry.

That is good to hear. Whilst some slated him, I think he was effective for us, given he was a young lad in his first full year of professional football. I hope he does well (and Madison), even if it isn't for the best sides in the champions league.

Both games against us this season he's looked class. Yes we've been poor but he's looked very good in front of goal.

Early on when Thomas was up front we played balls into good positions and he would thrive on them.

Think he's one kid who is really grateful for us giving him a shot at first team football.

Just a shame it didn't work out better as he was slated a lot, but he hasn't held it against us all which is nice

How was he poor ? I think Cov fans forget flair players won't run around like headless chickens , they do appear lazy because they wait there moment to try and change a game .
Think some on here would love 10 Jim o Briens running out every week , at least he would run around a lot and wave his arms in the air ....

That's absolutely fair enough, I respect where you're coming from.

Now, let's not fight like this again dear. I will withdraw my bully comment.

You sound like my old teacher from school who ran our years football team, we were dogshit but even if we were 8-0 down going into stoppage time he'd be jumping up and down in the touchline screaming that we could still win it......crazy bastard

It's not over till the fat person sings.

just when you think it cannot get any worse following the most mismanaged club in England it gets even worse.....6-1 against Norwich B and the reality is TM does not have enough players to field a weakened team.....can you imagine the score line if he had?

Of course he has enough players for a weakened team. He chose not to.

It's not true, it's 6.

Was when I typed it but was on a train just gone into in a tunnel so must have posted when we came out the other end.

You've got it in one with his application and effort.

My main points about him all along were that he has so much good talent he didn't dig out nearly often enough. His performances a lot of the time were shocking.

In fairness, you need to have a balance in your team of your Murphy's and your O'Briens, the worrying thing this year is that it feels like we don't have enough grit or creativeness.

What have you done to save to save our club?

Admittedly not much, but a 'fan' and I use that term loosely who only seems to come out when there's negativity around, and last season didn't go a lot by his own admission sending an email to the club owner who probably won't even read it, and that's if the email is even 'real', isn't going to make any sort of difference so wasn't even worth mentioning.

He just sounds dafter the more he says!

Just opinion of course :D
