Ahh ok then, got you. Yeah, would be good to keep our better players but they never took us up last year so why should they this year. If we could have kept our best players and added on to them then maybe a chance but last year the best players were on loan so no chance of keeping them. This year the best players are ours, Jones, Willis, Turnbull, Bigirimana, Charles-Cook, Rose and lots of promise Stevenson. At last we have a foundation to build on, thanks to TM and MV. I think next year could be a great year for us as TM has taken players on on longer contracts so the heart of the team wil have already been together for a year.Better than before when a new team needed every season. TM is slowly building a team, give him time to build it.

Maybe I am just using a bit of common sense and saying something won't work before it even happens.
What if I said to get SISU out I am going to go to the shop and buy a paper and some milk as a protest? I remember that protest where they were going to hold up signs for the cameras, I pointed out that they would have to be in the stand where the dugout is for the cameras to see them rather than by the scoreboard. I got all of the "why are you shooting it down" shit that you seem to like. Anyway, get to the game you see people with signs running as fast as you can round to the corner of the telegraph stand because the cameras couldn't see them.

Find them a way out for starters.
Think of ways to make the club look more appealing to new buyers.
Whatever we do, it needs to be about being pro ccfc and not anti anybody. Which is when everybody agrees, at least if it fails it is at least bringing fans together.
Sadly as we have seen, they will go when they want to.

It's not anti-CCFC to be anti-SISU, you and others like you need to get that into your head. If anything, the opposite is true. If I was anti-CCFC,I'd want SISU to stay forever.
The distinction should be an easy one to make. I love/support my country but that doesn't mean I automatically feel the same about Theresa May or any other leader, for example.

I have never said it was, but when anti sisu actions are damaging ccfc then people wont ever come together.
For example why would a buyer want to come in and invest money?
Using that petition as an example, it effectively says "thanks for investing your money, now piss off". Would that not be offputting?
If somebody takes over CCFC, what will they actually get and then do to get us going? Stadium / Academy etc.
Would a new buyer want to be at the mercy of Wasps / the council etc? Would they be put off if they have seen everybody going at the club like they are now? would they want to be in a wasps branded stadium?
Has anybody tried to get at SISU directly rather than through CCFC? Any city fans experts on that world?
People need to think outside the box. Whatever it is, it needs to be well thought out.

You have to present a viable way out. SISU don't have one, if someone came up with one they'd be off like a shot. Selling the Ricoh quite possibly removed the only viable exit strategy.

I think a new owner would have every chance of getting CCC and Wasps etc onside; more than anything else it has been SISU's behaviour which has alienated the other parties to the point that trust has gone and now nobody wants to work with us. New owners would change that scenario.
Any investor knows 2 things: 1) football clubs can be money ptis which they have to buy with their eyes wide open (unlike SISU who admitted not doing their due diligence) and 2) there is the Southampton/Swansea/Bournemouth/Stoke etc model where clubs can succeed with reasonable investment. For that reason, our low price tag makes us a potentially attractive buy.

Don't you think a protest boycott would convince them that the fan-base is irreconcilably opposed to them and that therefore they'll sell up? That's the point.
Don't get me wrong, SISU leaving will not solve all our problems by a long chalk but it's the pre-requisite mandatory requirement before a recovery can begin.

No. Because 1) its clearly a protest and a one-off where there stadium would be empty and 2) even our latter years in the Champ show that with a bit of success (always plus 15k gates) we'd be shooting ourselves in the foot to move to a 15k capacity ground.
Face it, the BPA is a non-starter - sorry to wee on your dreams but let's face it, you do that to everyone else all the damn time.

Unfortunately there will always be people who ignore the boycott because they want to support the team, we even saw that at Sixfields. A boycott with sub-500 in the ground would be fantastic but I just cannot see it happening. We have thousands of ST holders who do not want to miss a game and many more who would consciously go in spite of the boycott to "support the team/club".
