Our most effective protest was probably the why/when protest at Arsenal. To create awareness and a photo opportunity the protests need to be inside the ground.
100%

It was a joint protest which started way before the game, most of you probably didn't know that because you spend most of your time on here chatting pointless shit.
It's not like most of you would get involved in a protest anyway is it?, most of you have made that perfectly clear...
The key word was 'most'. It's not personal to everyone, only to the few who know exactly what i'm talking about. Why do you say that? I was on the march before the game yesterday. It isn't a criticism, because it seems to me that the same small group of people have to carry the burden for all of us when organising these things.
It is just an observation that protests inside the ground tend to be more effective and perhaps that is the direction we need to go in. That needs support though, and money, so perhaps it's time some sort of crowd funding was looked at.

Great plan so we can all spend the game banged up at little park st
Did you do it wearing a clown suit and carrying a machete?Yeah did that as well
Safe to say the technique used these days is more humane I believe
So our most successful protest was tagging along with one organized by Charlton's fans? Says it all really.

This wouldn't take long to set or or sort out either, the key to it is who and where you're asking, do you think SkyBlueTalk is a place to set one up?
No they paid over £2000 for them they have quite a wealthy fighting fund at there disposal. It's a difficult one because it's not something an individual would put their name to I guess. Not sure if it could be done anonymously. The danger I guess is if there is civil disobedience and any laws are broken it might open up the people who are behind the crowd funding to scrutiny. It's looks like Charlton fans have manged it, 3000 plastic pigs wouldn't have been free. Worth thinking about though.

At Just about every game at the Ricoh, you could be forgiven for thinking there's a boycott TBH.If there is going to be a boycott, it should be on the live Sky TV match. An empty stadium, would be the talking point for the entire game, plus social & local media all over it. Also everyone still gets to watch the game in the pub or at home. Win - win.
so not only were you made to castrate little piggy's, but you were made to do itYeah sorry for the sidetrack
It's just my reaction to today on most threads
Just trying to bring a bit of humour in the face of all the adversity
Didn't get a lot dongonzalos
Used to have to drop my clothes outside the back door before being allowed in at teatime
I think people need to appreciate the amount of media coverage we have got in the last few weeks.
You may not always agree with the method but it's certainly bringing our plight to national attention. Whether it's getting through to joy and co is another matter.
Hopefully Saturday is a success.
Wouldn't expect it would get through to her but, tbh, higher profile is a start isn't it. What I've been banging on for ages, at least it shows people care, and it means more people are likely to join in if we get a big protest here in Cov too.
Also good to see a protest in conjunction with another team's fans as well, starts to emphasise we really have to work together for the good of the game.
Yep. Read the report on one of the links above and it said supporters of other teams joined the march yesterday, Leeds and Orient were two named.
I think there is a growing concern about the way the game is going and outside of the elite think a lot of supporters realise it could easily be their club in the same boat.
I thought we had a group called the sky blue trust who had a fund. Perhaps its time they grew some and started to fund and do something meaningful instead of holding meetings blowing smoke up fishers arse
Forgot to mention that I saw SISU boss Joy Seppala grab a handful of the pigs to take home in the tunnel yesterday #cafc #pusb
She seemed to think it was funny. Took them home for children/grandchildren (can't remember which) #pusb #cafc
This was a tweet from one of the comms guy from Charlton. Dunno whether it is true or not
Why don't you put some fucking money in then like the charlton fans have and like various members of the trust have spend some of yours.I thought we had a group called the sky blue trust who had a fund. I used to castrate little pigs as a fourteen year old working at the local farm on weekends.
