What has been click bait and where is there any trolling?
I said that digging into the Butts situation shouldn't stop because Fisher said it isn't happening. You then seem to make out I am saying stuff about Fisher not lying somewhere.
This isn't a fans group, I am not a fans spokes person.
I am a normal fan, I'm not a journalist the last time I checked. Bit of a different really isn't it?

I don't think it will because when even anybody tried to put pressure on the council they are told that sisu are the main problem and we should be focussing on them. I did ask for a link and you did provide which I'm grateful for but its highly inconclusive as I pointed out the article itself states they are in practice already going against their word. I'm hardly deflecting by trying to use some objectivity in it am I? Do you believe the council's statement over the leaked documents? It will only make himself look stupid if he renege's on it then, won't it!.... And you asked for the link... I gave it to you(Grenduffy number 2)
Might be worth double checking with them, just in case they made a "mistake" like last time when they gave incorrect info out.
I don't get it. When the CT do nothing, people moan. When they do, do something , people still moan.
Yep, by all means pursue the Butts thing, but surely this has to be applauded. They are at least trying to check out if anything at all is moving on the stadium front in terms of land enquiry or intent to build.

On a thread where I am saying don't rule things out based on what he says? ie The Butts stuff.
Where have I click baited anything? I'm usually the one changing the titles on threads when they misleadVery good at "Click baiting" though Nick
Break down the agenda to people then, so we all know what the agenda is, the end game to it, and of course the gains apart from clicks, most people have Adblock so won't be seeing adverts for the website that gains them money.lets not be naive. CET have an agenda.
also they have lots of free time now too
why are people arguing over this article? There is absolutely nothing new in there.
Exbloodyactly!!!Well, isn't that the point? It's an up to date response from those organisations contacted. I'm happy that we at least know the latest on this, although it would have been better if one of them (Coventry, Rugby, Warwick) said yes, and more talks are planned....
I don't really understand why any CCFC fan would have a problem with knowing the latest information on this.
Because they never thought that far ahead without being outraged that the news isn't 'new'. They fail to see this is as latest to a fake stadium that they're getting.Well, isn't that the point? Are we really arguing over some real news about our football club?
If the article had stated sisu had asked rugby council for a 10 minute chat everyone would be like see sisu are doing stuff. It's sad
With what?BEE cafeful Nick!
Not really.
I said years ago a stadium was bullshit.
I don't honestly understand your aversion to this. We're 18 months away from being homeless. The CT is embarrassing these days but I'm glad they're still whipping up a storm, even if their motives are dubious - the Academy and Ricoh rent situations are not something to be apathetic about. Wasps hold all the cards and their reason for not talking is clear - SISUs legal action. If a new stadium is just a bargaining tool, it's a shit one when they've very clearly done nothing serious about it at any point. So Fisher's political embargo statement, which intentionally came hand in hand with his distancing of himself and CCFC away from SISU was just another thinly veiled attempt to deflect on to other parties and distract from the fact our owners are doing absolutely nothing to secure our academy or playing future in either the short, medium or long term.
All I can see happening here is a hastily arranged last minute short term extension of the existing Ricoh rent deal, which is entirely reliant on Wasps goodwill and will likely come at a much higher premium if their terms have not been met. None of which is taking care of CCFC in any manner befitting this club and it's fans.
With what?

You're very much the "Let's say something against that post because it is backing CCC/CT/anyone against SISU/Fisher/Sepalla" mold. Hence... You like to stir the bees nest up.
Every post you make is click bait. What do you want digging into with the BPA situation? They've asked CCC if any contact has been made over developing a stadium, there hasn't. TF claims it's stalled over a political embargo. What political embargo? There would have to be something to block for there to be an embargo wouldn't there? If you want the BPA situation digging into the digging has to happen at the door of CCFC/SISU. Have they moved forward with any plans? Have they got any plans? CRFC have also seem to gone quite on the subject. Is this because they've seen no progress from CCFC/SISU on it?
I'm saying you use the TF is a liar line more than people who accuse him of lying on any particular subject/quotation. You use it as a defense of him and SISU. You use it to dismiss people's view points if that view point is anti SISU. Yet you're happy to take it as gospel if it's a throwaway line like "political embargo" so that someone should do some digging into the BPA situation as if the BPA situation is somehow all down to CCC not CCFC. No one is stopping CCFC putting in some outline plans are they? No one is stopping them approaching CCC for talks about it as they have approached RBC over the development of Ryton for housing are they? No one is stopping them with meeting the local residents to discuss the implications to them as they have with the development of Ryton have they? You seem to want to make the BPA about CCC but the fact is that until CCFC push the proposal it isn't.

Hardly, I just don't have one dimensional, black or white images.
My point is, it shouldn't be about whipping up a storm should it?
Dig in at Wasps and CCFC to get a deal there sorted. It isn't clear the legal action is the reason as they started talks knowing full well about it. So they both need pressure to sort a deal.
It's not the article that's whipping up the storm it's the point's being made in it. The point's being made are the FOI responses that were made because of recent comments made by TF. So what's whipping up a storm? The CT or the responses from FOI's on TF's comments? The latter I would say. But you're more interested in shooting down the messenger.

He's got you "Bang to rights" Nick.
But in May this year the chairman again reiterated to fans at a Supporters’ Consultative Group meeting that the club planned to build its own stadium and that a potential site had been identified on the city’s boundary.
