My view is let's take Keys at his word and hold out, as of we have any other choice anyway. He's got nothing to gain by bullshitting, just his own credibility to lose.
He's a public figure championing the cause to remove Sisu and if there's real depth behind what he's saying, it could be a brighter new year. Hoffman has a reputation second to none and when you look at his CV, you cannot view him other than totally serious and credible. A tough man who does his deals behind closed doors and professionally without interference, conjecture and as far as poss from the media spotlight until a deal is done. How it should be.
This won't satisfy the sceptics who want answers now but tough, that's how it is.
