What are you on about "blaming everybody else"?
I don't need to spell it out to you Nick.
We are not as stupid as you like to think we are.

Well considering you have picked a post where I am saying Tim Fisher is wrong to say I blame everybody else I'd say it's a bit confusing.

Maybe you should spell it out? Would be interesting.

But to become break even you have to firstly give the customers what they want.
Sisu have driven this club into the ground alienated themselves from their fan base and have now decided to make the club self sufficent.
It is too late to do that now and expect the club to survive IMO.
We are in for a very sorry time worse then we have seen up to now.

I am with you on that, that is why I am shocked ( shouldn't be ) that TF hasn't turned this round. As I said, and Nick, why didn't he say "right, message understood, I'll do my best to keep punishments low for the Pitch invaision, if you guys agree to stay within the law from now on".

"Let's meet. Let's have a new group with fan representatives " - as they do here in Germany ( e.g. at HSV- Hamburg - ). HSV have had fan meetings ( HSV Supporters Club ) in my pub with the representative for our area - Schleswig Holstein. They pass views back to the club from the fans...and the club back to the fans. The fan representative is respected here. We have had a visit from players and management - outside drinking time so that the kids could come as well. That was part of a campaign to visit all Supporters Clubs. 2 players and one club official came to us. Others were spread around other venues.

They should be getting us on board with the aim of showing any interested party the potential. Sod break even for ever, we need a buyer as much as Joy does.

I didn't listen too it, but If he said what Sbpm2 says he did here.
Persevering for full banning order against anyone who went on the pitch.
Then that reads as though SISU are pushing for full banning orders, TBH I wouldn't
Have expected anything less, desperate to get rid of more fans.
I'd wager most of those on the pitch were "die hard" season ticket holders as well, I'm
Glad to be out of it TBH.

so he was trying to sort of say that hes a c**t - without actually saying it
was gloating about the banning orders, and passports being removed from all of them

Thought we would all forget about sisu if we won a few games - er no - a bit more action than that
Said we were now financially stable, and not living month to month - we have been told that since ranson was here

just more bullshit

You're right, its just pure bullshit. I'm thinking of booking him, we need a clown for the christmas party.

I mean, passports ffs. Do we qualify for Europe then when we get relegated?

Glad to see people seeing him for what he is. Got his number a while ago, he's a lying piece of shit who will do anything to further his bosses interests. Sociopathic levels of lack of empathy. Interesting how many were cheering him on then who are now expressing disgust in this thread.
I've never heard anyone cheering him on to be honest.

This question, or similar, has been asked a few times so I had a lawyer friend take a quick look. Just to point out it was only a quick look so don't rely on this!

In his opinion you could argue that post match celebratory pitch invasions aren't actually an offence. The offence is going on to the playing area during a designated match apparently. There would be a time limit on that, for example if you went on the pitch on a non-match day you wouldn't be in breach. So the question would be, which he thinks isn't defined and has never been tested in court, at what point does it cease to be the playing area?

His thinking was post match you could argue it wasn't, therefore it would be trespass and you're not going to get a ban for that.

This may well be a valid distinction to a point, but there are plenty of examples of supporters entering the field of play during a match that have gone completely unpunished - specifically goal celebrations (an example being at Chesterfield last season where a number of city supporters went on the pitch to celebrate Maddison's goal). Similarly, those Blackpool supporters who forced the abandonment of their game with Huddersfield were not prosecuted and received stadium bans only (iirc). So, it's all about context.

Discretion is the key word, and can be applied regardless of the timing and definitional uncertainty. WMP would do well not to pursue this imo.

Where does he sit at the Ricoh?
near the tunnel and above he varies but at the march/protest time he sat on the back seat with 4 minders around him, he is worried and rightly so from what i hear for his personal safety, it is going to become an issue.
now sitting to the right front seat of the bench, in the stands ( facing the pitch) probably shouting instructions as he has now played football

I've finally worked it out. It's all a clever ploy to boost Slade's January budget - club shop sales of the new Sky Blue Pitch Fork have skyrocketed this afternoon.

Extract of an interview with Fisher from 5 years ago. I can't see much progress since then, but he's obviously doing great in the eyes of Joy.

KP. There is now an emphasis on local involvement, why is that? You can obviously see what I am getting at given we’ve had directors from Canada and Portugal.

You have to look at the history of Sisu’s involvement. They bought Coventry City when it was about to go bust, the very bottom financially. They restructured the finances and the company.

We then moved onto another phase and had Ken who was experienced in working with football clubs and with businesses that had even gone into administration so he was experienced at turnaround.

We are now in the next phase which is hopefully an upturn, so it is now time to hand over to local management. If you look at Sisu’s other investments, they have firms in France, Germany and China.

Sisu come in and do the heavy lifting and put in place all the financial cornerstones and then they bring in local management.

If you look at those businesses now, in France they are all French managers and from the area, same in Germany and same in China but you have to have horses for courses.

Ken came in and started the turnaround process, I am carrying on with that but there is a stage we must move to with a locally based MD and chairman because we have to build local relationships and I want somebody local to do that.

With the chairman it is important that we have someone who understands the folk around here and the culture.

KP. Fans are in constant fear that the club will go into administration, should they be worried by the rumours?
TF. The vast majority of Football League clubs are rumoured to be in financial meltdown or teetering on the edge.

I suspect the last thing fans want to hear about are the rules of financial fair play that will be voted on by the Football League in the next three months but they will provide the framework for clubs to become healthy, growing businesses.

We have an incredibly supportive owner and the last thing on their mind is administration. Administration does not make sense from the owners’ standpoint and from a business standpoint we lose ten points!

KP. What needs to happen off the pitch to stabilise the club?

TF. The financial turnaround has to continue. This is about managing the cost base and trying to grow revenues.

In terms of increasing revenues, we are having success. Thanks to the retro kit, shirt sales have topped 10,000 and are up 40 per cent on the previous year already.

KP. Are you confident we can get out of the relegation zone?

TF. Yes. This is a marathon not a sprint. The changes you saw last Friday show we are entirely focused on the football and winning games.

KP. Do you think the club could communicate better with the fans?

It is very important and I have already sat round the table and chatted to some of the fans who have chanting ‘Sisu out’. It was very constructive and we hope to build on it.
