I've heard Slade brought him back rather than them sending him back.
Yes they do!Do those accusations aimed at Liverpool unsettling Harries also apply to Coventry City unsettling Kane Smith when he was on trial from Hitchin Town?
Of course. Although there were a couple of subtle differences in that it was during pre-season and he wasn't signed to a professional contract.Do those accusations aimed at Liverpool unsettling Harries also apply to Coventry City unsettling Kane Smith when he was on trial from Hitchin Town?
How can you possibly make a decision based on one game against Bangor ( which was won 6-0) and a couple of sessions with the youth team.
All they needed was to watch him play for us and bid accordingly.
A pointless exercise imo.
You're point is valid , but what could you get from such a limited timescale ?Not really. No doubt they've seen him play a few games already hence their interest in the first place.
Would you give somebody a job as a salesman purely because they have made a couple of deals in the past? Unlikely. You're going to get them in and interview them to find out if they're a good fit for the team, if they have the mental strength to succeed, if they work well under pressure etc etc.
If we were prepared to let them take Harries on trial don't see any reason why Liverpool wouldn't take him and get to know him a bit better before deciding to splash the cash.

The lad only had time to unpack his toothbrush.
Bigirimana !!!!
Bigirimana !!!!
Going there too early was a big mistake , hope he doesn't make the same mistake.
I'm talking about in footballing terms not financial. He signed a million pound contract by mistake? Don't think so, not now his star has fallen and he has to re-build his reputation by hard graft.
