No, basic common sense.

You don't try and use the line that somebody loves themselves when all you do is follow them about bumping up posts to desperately try and prove points all the time.

Typical twat! If you're going to quote me... Use ALL of the post...
Says who?... You! You do exactly what you're accusing me of and try to win "Brownie points" because you said it first. Unfuckingbelieveable!!!

So after all that I'm sarcastic. I'll live.

Pretty sure it didn't take multiple posts full of you and the other clown's dribbling rants to say that.
You aren't making any sense, what point are you trying to get across?

It's aimless, it's like the pissed up old bloke in the pub everybody avoids.

Anyway, Beavon's hat trick will ruin this thread!
So Nick , Beavon's hat trick !
That's a bit random isn't it ,
That doesn't make sense.
IF anyone is going to ruin this thread,
That'll be you Nick.

Fuck sake, if I am wrong about something then prove me wrong . That's how it works.

Saying "your never wrong" over and over doesn't prove anything, it just makes it look like you haven't got a clue what you are saying and want to stand behind Tweedle Dumb giving it loads and having a kid's fit when you get a bit back.

Again, what point are you trying to make? Spit it out.

The thread was ruined before this post, mever mind the ludicrous idea of Beavon scoring one, never mind three, goals. That's before it descended into a bitchfest that reads back like it should have taken place at 2am after most involved were slaughtered.

Yeah apparently , according to Nick it's Tweedle Dee's and Tweedle Dum's fault .

Thought he was easily our best player on the pitch first half. That doesn’t say much.
We were as bad as that? No wonder we drew with Crawley feckin Town at home

Every1 loved beavon when slade signed him. Now hate him with venom. Fickle?

His touch is at times brillaint. He is not thwre to score 20 goals. Hes more of an asisst man or to make space for others. Still feel he can be a part of a winning 11

His touch IS excellent. He does however need to either score more or provide more. He only set up the one chence yesterday and had no chances himself.

Can he do much more for his team mates tho if the ducks flying solo? Beavon and McNulty were passengers at times due to his selfish/foolish decisions at times.

A few goals would be nice from him but I think I prefer Biamou this season and I like Beavon and what he brings.

For me this was a flaw in JJ's game too which he'd have to iron out to play higher up the leagues.

Nazon unfortunately was guilty of wasting his side 2 excellent chances to go ahead very early on which likely puts the game beyond Crawley.

Yes we need a few of his snap shots but he played like the kid does in a junior side that mummy and daddy say he's far better than his team mates.

Exactly. We used to criticize Jones for the exact same thing.

the fact is Beavon did play well yesterday
however if we would have played until next christmas he was still not going to score
so I do not know what his position is, but it is certainly not as a striker

Beavon understands the game and plays within his abilities. Like Biamou, he always challenges for the ball and often wins it. At the very least he prevents defenders having free headers. He is not a prolific goalscorer but he is a team player.

Jones and Nazon have particular skills but don't yet understand the game (although I am impressed with how much Jones has learnt this season). So when they come off it's a piece of brilliance, but when they don't it's an opportunity frustratingly wasted.

The fact is the decision to offer Beavon an extended deal was in hindsight an error.

He wasn’t great yesterday. He got caught offside too often and had little pace. An odd through ball and basic control really isn’t good enough.

We need to trying very hard to move Beavon on in Jan on a freebie and if no takers I would be tempted to cancel his contract as he offers nothing he is offside so much as he has lost the little pace he had so is having to try to gain an advantage.

I am not sure how long his drought is but he must be getting close to Shane Long at Southampton Eq games and counting another striker that runs around a lot.

Anyone remember Kevin Drinkell? I'm sure he went his 2nd season with us without scoring a single goal despite having players around him like Regis, Speedie, Gallacher & Smith who set up plenty of goals between them. Ironic thing was he scored loads of goals everywhere else he played.
