Burge, Willis and Haynes have nearly 300 first team appearances between them, hardly wet behind the ears youth team players.

I’ll explain this as simply as possible.
They’re not youth team players. Being in the ‘youth team’ 1 year ago or 6 years ago doesn’t make them youth team players currently as you’ve posted.
If you don’t understand that then I don’t know

So, on the basis of your thinking, theres no point in having an Academy and presumably you have no problem with the sales of Wilson, Madison ,Stevenson etc because they are youth team players who shouldn't be in the first team

His record as a manager in terms of wins is very good.
The consequences to Boston of the time he was involved in were massive. They got their time in the sun as a league club, but now they're down among the dead men.
Personally I'd rather a successful manager who doesn't commit tax fraud. Boston Supporters' Trust didn't want him in charge either.

You might think that having been proven to be a tax fraudster the guy might reel his neck in. That article makes claims about players diving or managers making unwanted comments pretty insignificant by comparison.
Is there anything in the FA or EFL rules that the manager of a team must be a fit and proper person? It only applies to owners & directors doesn't it? That said the football authorities should clamp down on behaviour such as his by any manager. It damages the reputation of the game, something the FA & EFL are very precious about when it suits them.
He might have a decent win rate but his disciplinary record is unsurprisingly poor

Touchline bans are utterly pointless for me. Sitting in the stand with a better view is hardly punishment at all and nor is a financial penalty. Deduct his team league points, nothing less will even register.

That's bollocks. The reality is that a lot of people going away are purely going for the new ground and day on the piss. Hence the behaviour being a bit rowdy.
I don't have a problem with it personally. It's better than the sanitised theatre like experience you get in the PL or at W*sps.
Edit: having read more of the thread I can't condone abusing women or pointless vandalism. I also abhor the '[place name]'s a shithole, I wanna go home' shite that gets sung at every ground
