Unemployment has never reduced under any labour government you clueless fool.

Is that your only answer to unemployment rising, interest rising and uncertainty rising under conservative governments?

How long ago did you leave the UK?

Even us Labour voters know the truth. And the best Labour have done for a long time was with Bliar turning Labour into another Tory party.

But at the end of the day Labour look towards the working man and the Tories towards the rich.

So you don't normally aim any posts at me?

They are all a waste of space. Yet it is down to them on how we lead our lives. So I feel that I have the right to question all of them. And my questioning them doesn't depend on what party they stand for.

that post wasn't aimed at you so I have no idea what you are on about. Unless you write for the Guardian.

what don't you get, it was a response to Grendel. Nothing to do with you. You're quite within your right to reply but I don't know why you think it's about you, it's about the Guardian. I have absolutely no idea why you would think it was aimed at you. That's my last word on it.

You are right. This one post is about the Guardian.

But as I have said what about all the times I get accused of always attacking only Corbyn qhen they all get the same treatment off me?

You said „under conservative governments“. Now you are qualifying it. Make your mind up and stop insulting people for correcting you.

I’m not making my mind up. It’s a statistical fact that no labour government has ever reduced unemployment and interest rates are higher.

You are even suggesting a right wing plot to replace Corbyn is due to Brexit. It’s beyond lunacy.

Where have I said that? I said that we need a counterbalance to a basically right wing government. The right wing papers and some right wingers connected to right wing parties on social media are taking Corbyn apart. We are being played. We were played at Brexit. Nothing to do with Brexit, apart from similar tactics, although I doubt whether organised targeting is happening, so not exactly the same. Not due to Brexit in any way, as you claim I said.

Why would the right wing take Corbyn apart given the alternative will almost certainly mean a labour government?

Having good old JC as leader , magic to me .

Momentum, the Labour movement backing Jeremy Corbyn, has said that anti-Semitism in the party is more widespread than it had understood.

It said in a statement: "Accusations of anti-Semitism should not and cannot be dismissed simply as right-wing smears."

It acknowledged the "upset and despair" of the Jewish community and the party's "failure" to deal with anti-Semitism.

The move came as the Labour leader promised "watertight" investigations into allegations of anti-Semitism.

Why would the right wing take Corbyn apart given the alternative will almost certainly mean a labour government?

Specifically to stop labour gains in the municipal elections. Generally, some right wingers such as my brother would love Corbyn to be in charge. My brother even joined labour to vote him in. But the municipals could be good for labour.

So these elections are more important than a hard Brexit to the far right?

So you admit you were lying when you said the far right are obsessed with Brexit?

These elections could punish the Tories. They are coming shortly. I never said they were obsessed with Brexit. I said Brexit is a distraction from other issues.

The likes of Twitter was full of crap by those on the far right describing Brexit as a massive victory for them.

Why do you have to pull out racist crap all the time? It isn't big and it isn't clever.

Of course some of the vote would have been racially motivated. But the vast majority wasn't. And the majority of our Asian communities voted leave. Are you going to accuse them of racial hatred?

Why don't you ask yourself why racism is getting out of hand throughout the EU.

The EU have changed everything too quickly. People are unhappy. And I don't just mean in the UK. People are leaning towards right wing parties because they feel there is nothing else they can do.

The link was from 2016. Of course the right wing parties were happy about Brexit. It is what they want for their countries. That is the reason Juncker and Barnier are acting like twats instead of doing what is best for the people of the EU. They know that if we do well after leaving the EU more countries will leave.

You constantly told me that I was wrong when I said people joined the Labour party so they could vote Corbyn in as leader. Even when I put links on here showing so. Now you say your family did so

I was joining in with the current conversation on the thread? Illegal immigration has likely been a factor, which has been exploited by the far right. As I've said before though, people doing so couldn't give a toss if a country is now outside of the EU.

I think a lot of the Asian community were massively misled with lies, not that they were the only ones though.

Legal immigration as well as illegal immigration have both been a factor.

And yes exploited by the far right as you say. Played down by many others. So many others looked towards the far right for help. Not saying that it was or is the right thing to do. But you can't deny the truth.

Of course the Asian community were lied to. Because we all were. The remain side lied. The leave side lied. Both were led by politicians. Politicians lie.

Or are you saying that the Asian communities got told different lies than the rest of the voters?

Corbyn could have played safe. He could have joined in with other Jewish groups. But he joined in with a minority Jewish group that most Jewish people don't agree with. Nothing like you make it out to be.

You keep peddling this despite being totally wrong with your 2017 prediction. His policy positions have popular support and when given the chance to put these across on national TV for a sustained period he closed a 20+ point polling gap in 6 weeks.

Left wing populism is the way for Labour to get back in government as, shock horror, it's what people want on the policy substance. Hence we need 'Jerry's a Trot' paper articles to con the working classes into voting Tory once more.

You really do need a reality check.

Corbyn became leader in 2015.

By 2017 the Tories were in bits. They were fighting with each other. The most lacklustre campaign by the Tories I can remember. Their leader had gone against what she believes with Brexit. It was set up for a landslide victory for Labour.

So how come Corbyn is the person to take Labour forward and his policies are what the public wants when Labour got the late surge that I predicted......and still only just managed to stop the Tories from getting an outright majority? He had over 2 years to sort things out.

Depending on what happens with Brexit there is a good chance the Tories will be much stronger next time. If Brexit goes well May will be strong. If Brexit goes wrong they will replace her.

And what will happen if Labour still has Corbyn?

The highest share of the vote since Blair in 2005 is of course portrayed as a negative. Brexit is not going well, we have less than a year to go and the Tories don't know what they're doing with it. They didn't know what to do when the Leave vote won and they still don't know what they're doing now. The policies have popular support until people are told they are Labour policies-such is the effectiveness of a right wing media in convincing the general public to vote against their own self interest. Jerry's a Trot, Jerry wants the IRA to kidnap your children, Jerry hates Britain, etc etc. When he got a national platform for a month people saw a different side, and they will again when the next election comes.

The Tories will pledge to continue underfunding schools, to not pay public workers properly and to let big businesses off the hook. Is that really the winning formula?

So as Theresa May had a record high vote for I believe 40 years are you acknowledging a greater endorsement for Tory policies?

Bizarrely she had Scotland to thank for saving her bacon. Of the electorate yes there was more endorsement. However when we know that Tory policies are less popular, the reason why comes from a successful media swindle and the remaining 30% of the population who don't vote.

Oh yes those who didn't vote were to blame as always. As if they were all Labour voters who couldn't be bothered to vote.

What, like running the country? If Brexit wasn’t happening the government would solely be running the country. Brexit is the distraction.

Was just in a Meeting with one of my importers. Getting a German transport firm with „ movement guarantee „ ( for alcohol transport in Britain) is getting harder. They asked why are they, the UK, doing Brexit? The transport costs are now higher than they were. I don’t know if this has to do with Brexit, but my importer thinks that it is. I can’t explain why we are making life potentially more complicated for importers. Aaron Banks leave.eu is in trouble about moaning about Muslim immigrants. How do I explain leave going on about Muslims to concerned importers from the UK? The EU is called a „christian club“ by some critics.
