It does because it showed we obviously learnt from that game.It has no relevance
If only we had been like it against Lincoln and Notts last time!

Pretty sure the game at their place was a big game too. We could have overtook them in the table and pushed for third with a win (plus game in hand).

I still don't get this live TV argument. It’s irrelevant as it’s been and gone and was not live on TV so any incident can be highlighted by the media
While looking for a video of it I came across this...
So maybe he does have a nasty streak in him...
I agree and Davies just says F offLooks like the county lad swung an arm. The vicious bastard!

If there's footage there's footage.
That's right. The fact that it was a live game is not relevant, other than the fact that there may be more angles of an incident available.I still don't get this live TV argument.

I did say on the ratings thread last night that Davies probably hadn't heard the last of it and it would finish his season. The only thing that would prevent a ban, as I see it, is if the referee says he saw it and didn't deem it a problem. Given how poor he was last night, I fear the worst here.
Nevertheless, they are always reluctant to 're-referee' games so if it has been dealt with in the opinion of the referee, it is his best chance of getting away with it. As I said though, I fear the worst. The referee seeing it rule has been abolished

is it fuck you blind twat
It's certainly not as bad as some made out and you can hardly call it a stamp.Just seen the Davis stamp nothing in that but I would rather he had done it higher up as Duffy is the only player I have seen who can out moan Michael Doyle, I can’t see it ending 11 a side there as their knuckle draggers will have a few scores to settle.
I agreeIt's certainly not as bad as some made out and you can hardly call it a stamp.
If Davis said it was an accident and Duffy has accepted that, then that should be the end of it.
This is indeed disgraceful.
You can see him look at the keeper before he does it, so pure intent there.First time I've seen that, horrible twat that Rhead
They can watch ameobi as well then surely?Notts County have asked the FA to look into Davies' stamp on Duffy and his kick out at Forte.

it is the one position where we have 2 quality replacements on the bench
While Davies was our best player - if they pursue it I do not think it will be to their advantage
Why what's he done? He didn't play!
If a notts county player had done that would be crying. I mean ffs youndont like shirt pulling but a stamp is ok hahhaIt's certainly not as bad as some made out and you can hardly call it a stamp.

Just admit you are bias and it clouds your judgement
