According to Google he is contracted to Lewes until 30.06.18 so perhaps will be announced once that expires? bit of an odd one though.

He was on the under contact list so we must’ve already signed him but not announced it yet. The best thing about that list is some of the middle names. Shipley has so many he could be in the royal family.
