Why would they send him to prison for it to be done when it would just prove everything he says as correct and make him a martyr?

No, some people try to pretend they are not upset by it, but scroll back a few pages and there were borderline celebrations when he was sent down.

All I've said is that there have been attempts on his life in prison before and that there could have been again. That is not factually incorrect whatsoever. It is also not stupid to think there are some people that want him killed. Not only would I expect that would be the thoughts of some on here, but judging by their raging replies, I would say that is also probably pretty accurate too.

Two seconds on google and you find out that he was on the remand wing awaiting sentencing. He was never on a Cat A wing. Mortgage fraud that time wasn’t it? Clearly he likes the taste of prison food.

Former English Defence League leader Tommy Robinson, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, has been jailed for 18 months for mortgage fraud.

Robinson, 31, from Bedfordshire, who stood down from the EDL last year, was sentenced at St Albans Crown Court after pleading guilty last November.

The fraud amounted to £160,000 over a period of six months.

Judge Andrew Bright QC described him as the "instigator, if not the architect" of some of the frauds.

Passing sentence, the judge told him: "This was an operation which was fraudulent from the outset and involved a significant amount of forward planning."

He described Robinson as a "fixer" who had introduced others to fraudulent mortgage broker Deborah Rothschild.

"I am satisfied you took part in a thoroughly dishonest course of conduct," he told him.

There is no way in hell you can say he hasn't tried to be silenced if you have actually read up on him properly. You would be blatantly lying, or just not actually done any research. The reasoning being that he was on a suspended sentence and has admitted to committing the same crime as he had the first sentence.

Which means if I did that, I would be banged up. So, I hope his sentence is confirmed.

The biggest joke is if you're at all sympathetic to some of the arguments, feeble playing-the-victim characters like Robinson are a surefire way to ensure the argument is lost! He never got a chance to defend himself first time round, off the street, charged, in court and sentenced within 6 hours. Madness.
