Still have Barnsley, Sunderland, Luton and Pompey away all to come

Of those, at the Ricoh, only Pompey were better than us (and I felt they always had another gear) and then we could have nicked a point with better finishing late on.

Been different class to Burge - reliable and unflappable.
Definitely a new keeper for next season. Let Burge go as he clearly thinks he’s better than he is and cast your mind back to the Burge and RCC season where they both weren’t good enough and cost us goals with stupid decisions

Difference being they all take sitters and we’re allergic to them

Buzzing with that, deserved win and looked very solid when we went ahead. Well done Robins
How much do you reckon was down to the keeper? Much more comfortable when we were leading

When they were firing those long balls and he was catching them or punching

Have no idea why there's some fans who seem to dislike him. Always passes forward IF the option is there and gets box to box. Head and shoulders over Doyle's contributions this season. Intercepts, anticpates, tackles and makes himself available. Everything I want from a DM.
Nor me, he was very good last season too. His positional sense and ability to sense where the ball might land is great

Was at the game , thought we played pretty well throughout most of it , a little slow getting forward at times but I can’t really pick out any poor performances today .
Nice 3 points

Can we keep the keeper please ?

Good to get the three points. Kelly is our best player, need to keep him fit. 3 more points away from the drop, focus on getting our status in this league secured and then see where we go from there.

Someone needs to take a Burge out in training for the rest of the season

Our record up there has been so horrific for what seems like forever, so good to get a win. A bit of luck in front of goal is always welcome, as long as it goes in I don't care how it goes in. Stockdale sounded very composed, very confident and commanding in his area, which we've not had for too long. Shame its only a 7 day loan. Still need to take more of the chances we make, at times Eakin sounded on a loop of "shoots.... Wide" .

Just a compare and contrast in relationship with the other teams in the league over the last seven or so matches.

You see the thing is, Stockdale will probably be back at Birmingham next week against Walsall, while Burge will start no doubt between the sticks.

To be honest, i never mentioned Burge or even slated him..
